Y'see i'd agree with your point, With one exception.

I dont want a PS3, Ive played one, I dont like the controller, Etc. Sure im probably a mini 360 Fanboy, but i gave the PS3 a chance, And sure, if i got one, I would probably play it a lot more than if i ever invested in what i consider to be the glorified paperweight that is the Wii.

But then again, Im not spending a couple hundred pounds to play MAG, the only game i'd consider getting if i was to get the PS2.

So the exception (to clarify):

Gaaaaaah! Why does the Assassin's Creed Brotherhood beta have to be PS3-only? That sort of thing pisses me off, because I can see myself buying a PS3 if the Assassin's Creed franchise went exclusive to PS3, because then I could play InFamous, God of War, Little Big Planet and feed my nostalgia with whatever new Ape Escape game I heard some rumor about.

But I can't do that for a demo. Call it, Ubisoft and Sony. Yea or nay?

Tales of Vesperia. There's a PS3 version, but it's Japan-only, and Namco is rather dickish about its localization.

Yes, Rising is on both PS3 and 360.

For me it is Halo: Reach right now, despite my usual aversion to Halo. If it turns out to be as good as it looks right now, I'll borrow my cousin's system to play it though.

I own both consoles so no complaints here but exclusives as a whole make me rage. There should be no exclusives unless a dev's vision is hindered by hardware capabilities.

4 of those aren't even consoles, and the Wii has hardly anything to warrant the purchase of one anyway.

Here's a weird one; Sonic Adventure 2.
I have all the current generation consoles, but never got a Gamecube. I know I can play Gamecube games on the Wii, but all that's stopping me is the fact nowhere sells said games anymore.
It's probably not even that good, it's just something I want to play.

Don't blow too much on it, it's an alright game, but not worth more than $25 MAX. Buy it used:

Well, yeah, that's a general rule of thumb (or whatever rule of common sense there is). You're not going to buy a truck or a Hummer if you don't have any use for the huge amount of space it provides for outdorsy people.

You may not like the PS3, that's fine, but it's still a pitiful excuse to make an exclusive go to your console. I don't care much for the 360, but I don't complain that Mass Effect or L4D2 isn't on the PS3. I have a few options;

1. Save up for a 360
2. Upgrade my crap-tastic PC
3. Forget about it and go on with my life.

If Mass Effect or L4D2 go to the PS3 in the future, that's great for me. But until then, I can't complain that the 360 has an exclusive that I want for free (that's generally what it boils down to really).

I'ld like to try Heavy Rain but oh well. Right now I'm really hoping that my computer will be able to run Starcraft 2 well when it comes out. I think it will but...I tend to have pc issues.

Actually I retract my previous statement, there is one thing about games that pisses me off.

When there are special maps, creatures, abilities, etc, given out through events and they aren't claimable later on. Really puts a damp on games. Like even if it was a yearly thing I wouldn't mind, but no you had to buy it before date X to have a shot at getting Y, Z, or any other variable.

Heavy Rain, Uncharted 2, MAG, and Yahtzee help me, even Heavenly Sword.

14 months ago, my list was Left 4 Dead, Dead Rising, and The Orange Box. So I got an Xbox 360.

I don't think it'll be worth it for me to get a PS3. I would greatly enjoy its exclusive games, but I already have so much fun with the 360 that I don't need another console.

But still, this thread makes me want to raaaaaaaage, almost every single one of these posts is asking for a PS3 exclusive to go multiplatform, even though the PS3 (allegedly) "Has no good games/exclusives!"

Mine is Halo. I played Halo on the PC, and loved it. I picked up Halo 2 for the PC as well but for some reason my laptop wouldn't play it, and then Halo 3 was never ported to the PC. I always wanted to know what happened after they blew up the ring, and I've deliberatly not looked up the plots for the games so I can still play them....someday.
