Those under 25: how well do you remember your life before the internet?

I could live without it i reckon, might take a bit to adjust though.

I'd been camping or out for a week and i didn't miss it one bit

I remember having to read books to get information for school work. I can't even grasp that idea now.

Sure, i remember.
I remember just playing single-player, and a bit later playing some games WC2 mostly over local network.

I didn't really have internet access until 2004 mostly because my father was so uptight about me using his comp but I have my own now.

SUCK IT DAD! YOU STILL HAVE A PENT 4 AND I HAVE A QUAD! HAHAAA!

but what I do remember was when we first got DSL and when I was able to log on I jumped with joy being able to surf silently.

but before that I was mainly on my N64 or ps2.

Pweuuhhhhh........... well, I lived on a boat from when I was 6 until when I was 10 (i'm 14 now), and I had internet for none of that.
I don't remember much of what happened before the boat (i remember a tomato garden, eating orange bugs, a tennis court at my house and my brother being pissed about me riding his bike, amongst a few other things...), but I definitely remember alot from the boat. We had a shitty Compaq laptop with a CD called '100 Great Games' that had shareware versions of 100 games... I remember Jazz Jackrabbit 2, Space Empires 3, Zulu Assault, Hot Chix 'n' Gear Stix, some african marble game that I remember how to play (it's awesome, anyone know what it's called? you get 6 slots on each side of the table, and 4 marbles go in each one, you take turns to move the marbles around, dropping them one at a time...), and some other stuff, but it's really late, so, I'm off to bed.

I was born 1991, I don't remember a life before internet. My father had a computer shop, we always had high tech. But I was not too interested in the internet till I was like 10 years old.
Before that I did whatever children do.
