The only one I can think of is this film called "Pervert!".

The film is about this hopeless guy who had a curse place on him making him into a chick magnet. The curse part is that his penis seperate from him and it become its own entity and start killing the women (which by the way the penis is in claymation if you think it was abit graphic).

The guy specializes in reviewing/tearing apart crazy old "Shot on shit-eo" movies and exploitation films, out of love no less, I think hes done about 3 films about girls with demon talking vaginas, doesn't get more WTF than that

Its pretty normal compared to some of the movies you guys listed, but Trolls 2. What in the living fuck. My friend got it on bluray because it was the best worst movie ever, and it was, but seriously WTF is wrong with the 90s. this series, Fooly Cooly, is AWESOME! but: it is simultaneously the most confusing, over the top WTF series you will EVER WITNESS. I SWEAR TO GOD!

but, films? there are actually no really WHAT THE F88K movies i have ever watched.

also: SOUTH PARK. not the whole episode, but every episode has at least one truly, astoundingly WHAT THE FU*K moment.

For me one of those movies was Babel... was total bullshit. It was some crap about how all these different families were affected by one action... I know it was supposed to have some deep meaning, but when it ended all I said was "What the fuck just happened?"

I watched Ichi the Killer just last night. I have a couple of things to say about it. 1) The decision to eat dinner while it was on was probably a mistake. 2) I don't think there was a single 5 minute interval which didn't contain at least one WTF moment.

I was also pretty dumbstruck with Aloha, the Little Vampire but it is a kid's movie, and everyone's first hopping vampire story is always a bit awkward. The clip is not so WTF but it's the only one I could find of this rare movie.

I started watching this guy named Oancitizen who reviews really artsy films. Every movie that I have seen him review so far has measured very high on the wtf-meter. For example, he reviewed an Frankenstein movie where a character says "In order to understand death, you must first fuck life... in the gallbladder." and then proceeds to fuck a female corpse that he plans to reanimate... in the gallbladder.
