It didn't decide to say, the government weren't willing to spend mony to get rid of it properly. Now they're probably just going to have to pay more to repair the roads damaged by ice they could've prevented. Our local council said they had to prioritise. They can't prioritise! They spent £30k on decorations which private shop owners usually put up anyway and were spending God knows how much more sticking lights beneath a fecking bridge! The river's not even a metre deep (at many points it's even about half that), it's not as if boats are going to be going under it! Sorry, I'm starting to ramble now aren't I?El Poncho said:I loved it until after Christmas, it decided to stay and grow old into ice.
Maybe we can make up later this year, but I don't want to see it again...too bad it is around now it snows.

Hopefully that means some blizzardsArmored Prayer said:Right now in the general DC area its snowing. They say it was going to snow soo much that many schools and shops closed early.
