The game soundtracks are slightly generic. The only really memorable themes are the title theme, the gym leader theme, and the Pokemon Center theme.
As far as the anime goes, I love the first five theme songs, as well as the original Pokerap, To Be a Master, Double Trouble (the Team Rocket song), What Kind of Pokemon are You?, Viridian City, and Two Perfect Girls.
