Magic
Body Enhancements

Blade refers to any sharp & pointy thing that was intended to slice/dice/impale/etc. (swords, knives, etc.) Lightsabers and the Plasma Sword are included here.

Gun refers to anything that fires a projectile. (rifles, pistols, shottys, etc.) The Gravity Gun and the Portal Gun are included here.

Magic refers to...magic (do you seriously need an explanation on this?). The Force and Biotics are included here.

Body Enhancements refers to a change that was made to your body to better help you in life/combat/etc. (Robotic appendages, Plasmids, viruses, etc.) The T-Virus, becoming a Big Daddy, MJOLNIR armor and such are all included in here.

I'd choose:
Blade- The Daichi from Fable 2
Gun - The Specter X Battle Rifle from Mass Effect
Magic - I guess the Force from Star Wars: The Force Unleashed.
Body Enhancements The EletroBolt Plasmid from BioShock.

Magic: Cure Disease, as it works in Oblivion. One quick cast, any illness in the world insta-cured, good as new. I'm taking some liberties here by treating "on touch" and "on self" as the same range. I'd make a fortune being a one-man replacement for the health care industry (or just from winning a prize from James Randi) and I'd probably end up a religious figure.
Body Enhancement: Flash Man's Time Stopper from Mega Man 2. It's cybernetic so I assume it counts.
