Blade: Considering my choice for magic, I'd go with a Sa'Angreal that looks like an ornamental sword. A bit of a cheat, but oh well... (WoTMUD)
Gun: The ASHPD. (Portal)
Magic: Access to Saidin, and mastery of it. (I'm assuming the taint is gone in this case). Basically, my ability would be limited by my ingenuity (and, of course, how much of the Power I could draw). I have lots of ingenuity. (WoTMUD)
Body Enhancements: I'm going to go with something that's in the real world: The HAL 5 (Naturally, I'd want a better version than the current one, but still...). If you insist on it being from a video game, then I guess the Iron Man suit. But I don't need to fly, or have those crappy guns/rockets. (Real Life/Iron Man)

Blade: Relic Blade (W40k/Dawn of War)
Gun: .44 Magnum or, failing that, a Bolter Rifle (W40k/Dawn of War)
Magic: Alex Mercer's abilities (Prototype)
Body Enhancements: The nanosuit (Crysis)
Let's see someone take me on with that loadout.

Blade: Daichi, though some training with it might also help...
Gun: Lincolns repeater, possibly a less old/cleaner/non radioactive version.
Magic: Flight, but that includes being able to go really fast easily. Maybe something that removes the effects of gravity etc.
Body enhancement: I'll probably go with...WH40K Space Marine "adaptations" to my body, and also the armor. I'm thinking either Black Templars, Raven Guard or Angels of Darkness with black robes.

Armor might make it hard to use my computer though.

May I *please* remind you that it has to be something from a video game and not an episode of South Park (quote 1), Plasmids are a Body Enhancement, not Magic (quote 2) and the Hidden Blade is a Blade, not a Body Enhancment (quote 3).

It's not grafted to his arm. Remember, early in the game, when Altair is removed of his gear and Assassin rank, he doesn't have his Hidden Blade. And just because he wears it on his wrist and doesn't hold it with is hand doesn't make it any less of a blade. It has Blade in the frickin' name for christ sake!
