Nemesis power: Psammokinetic Constructs

The user can turn sand into tools, objects, weapons and other items, create semi-living constructs and/or create structures/buildings of varying permanence. Users who have mastered this ability can use it for almost any situation, creating anything they need.

My power: Blood Breath

The user is able to manipulate the blood in their lungs in a way that allows them to shape the exhaling of the effect. These shapes can include bursts, streams, spheres, even a mist of it from the mouth.

Strategy: This would seem quite easy. As sand tends to get ruined in contact with most liquids, I'll just spew my way to victory. Just a question: is it my actual blood I'm using, or is it some unknown, infinite substance? Because if the former, I'll pass out after my third attack and then I'm screwed.

Huh, pretty standard power there, but it most definitely scales with their level of imagination, plus depending on their power level they can make some downright nasty things.

Uhhh...okay then! I'm not sure how I win this fight. My nemesis can create beings of varying shapes and sizes out of the very earth and I can throw Gak at them. Lovely.

The Fight: Would be very, very difficult. I suppose I'd keep a backup copy of myself in several places and avoid directly confronting him until I could calculate an effective strategy to defeat him.

OK, so, My Nemesis has Rage Form:

The user can channel violent rage through their body and soul to gain a new form empowered by their anger. The corruption usually manifests as burning the body/appearance of the user and grants improved versions of the users original abilities as well as gaining new abilities that reflect the users wrath.

Users are invariably driven incurably enraged, although they may be able to control themselves enough to pass as normal, but given enough time the user may regain full control. The users source of power may be their own rage and/or the rage surrounding them, possibly including vast areas, including the whole world.

And I have... Oh damn the hell Yeah! I am freakin Akainu!
Geo-Thermokinetic Combat

The user can infuse geothermal energy in his attacks, covering his fists, feet or even body in lava or throwing lava to their opponents. Although it is slow, the attacks can deal great damage on impact, burning the victim.

Even if my enemy is hulking up, I can simply burn through his/her chest. Although, I'll have to be careful, this power is quite slow.

Nemesis got stability manipulation

The user can alter and control the stability of things (buildings, mountains, people's health and even other's abilities.) This can be used to destroy a building or cause an avalanche. Alternatively, the user can make buildings and mountains highly stable, very unlikely that it'd fall.

That sounds neat, could get a nice military contract with that. You know this bastard has a nice mansion and tons of coke and hookers at taxpayer expense. So what do I have to try and trim the government budget?

The power to create beings of ink or shape them to certain shapes

... crap. I can make living doodles, and my enemy can make my lungs collapse if I breath hard. Or at all. Or make a building fall on my head. Or make the ground collapse from under me. Have I mentioned I can't draw for shit, because I can't draw for shit. That's important, because my first thought was doodle up a harem, have them seduce the good lady building smasher, then have them go stab happy before she can destabilize the knives. Or draw a doppelganger of myself, trick her into doing the whole "destabilize building until it collapses" thing, while sneakily locking her in the building and hoping she dies before she can restabilize it or destabilize the lock. But again, I can't draw.

Hmmm... maybe if I draw a bunch of monsters. They won't be good, scary monsters, but big fuck-off claws I can doodle pretty quickly, so i could zerg rush her before she can destabilize my pens and pencils. That's the best I can come up with; crappy claw monster spam from a distance.

Power to transform into or have a physical body made up of salt. Variation of Earth Mimicry and technique of Salt Manipulation.

My Power: Life Breath

The ability to exhale a breath that brings life. Variation of Life Inducement and Breath Powers. Opposite to Death Breath.

How I win:

I would breath life into rocks to create golems to fight on my behalf. Should my nemesis transform into salt, I would breath life into a few buckets and get them to drop water on him to dissolve him

Okay, so I'm not brain-dead, but I think I may have my work cut out for me.

Strategy: If I can become any Undead being, then I would have the best luck with either a phantom or as a vampire. So use either the intagibility or incredible speed respectively to get in close before they can create anything, possibly take over their body so that it's impossible to injure me without hurting themself. Then again, he/she is only limited by their imagination, so I may have to deal with them first. Either way, I assume that once they've been knocked out, the creatures they summon will vanish, so perhaps I could turn into a toxic mist and knock them out.

Repeat encounters will be a problem for me.

Not bad, can make themselves stronger, fix muscle damage and make me weaker or even kill me.

Yeah, alright, I'll just follow on assuming it is general evil empowerment and inducement. I have the power to make people evil as well as giving into their vices. I also become more powerful by being evil. Can't see myself using it for evil though so I'm curious as to what my Nemesis has against me. Maybe they just know what my power is and assume that makes me evil. Or maybe they're evil and they're annoyed that I'm not evil enough.

Fight (or not as you'll soon see):
Seeing as I have control over Vices I'll just make my foe fall victim to Sloth so they don't bother to fight or take action against me. Hell if really I wanted I could even make it like Miranda in Serenity, just have them sit down and do nothing until they die.
