Time to boast! What did you get on Black Friday?

Only Final Fantasy VII. Bought it just to be able to play with the graphic mods. Recently played through it on my Playstation, so it'll probably be a while until I bother again. Spent half the day trying to get my controller to work for it only to find out it only accepts controls from slot 1, while mine apparently was in slot 2(haven't had that issue with any other game). x.x

I was planning to get a couple of games from Gamefly, but they only sold to the UK for whatever reasons. Also considering grabbing Borderlands 2 GOTY for $15, though I'm very uncertain since they're still making DLC for the game...

The sales aren't so incredible that I would go and buy anything really.

Besides, the steam august sale seems a bit tame in comparison to the winter one(it includes waaay more games than the current one does(in terms of daily deal, as now we only have 3 days to work with, whereas in winter, we have like, 1 week)).

I might risk my life if the xbox 360 pad for PC is discounted, but knowing microsoft, there's no chance in hell that it will.

On Thursday before heading to my uncle's for Thanksgiving dinner, I got Dishonored ($8) and Tomb Raider & Far Cry 3 ($15 each) all for PS3 from Amazon, free shipping and no tax. Then, I bought 7 PS+ cards for $30 and I'll sell 6 of them on eBay so I'll actually make money from Black Friday.

Yea Burn Notice is a great show. Once you hit the second and third seasons it really starts to pick up.

Cool, I'll have to do that. Watching something Marter (guy that does movie reviews in the user review section) recommended. Called "Dare" on Netflix streaming. Some called it the top 10 the year it came out. As a dad, it is kinda freaking me out but it is interesting and well made.

Yea, it just ended. There was one scene in the series finale that actually got me teary eyed. And if I wasn't with someone else at the time I actually would have actually cried. And I am one of those guys who show no emotion during anything. So for that to happen its sorta a big deal lol

Also I got another copy of Firefly for a friend. So I now have 2. One for myself and one for a friend. They were both only 5 bucks. Should have gotten a couple.

I kept hearing that I should love "Firefly" and kept trying it and thinking, "meh". Then I saw this review and decided to push thru. He was right. Not a single wasted episode. My favorite is the one where the Captain thinks he got married.

I did buy something for Black Friday(on Thursday when they said their sail started) though, even though it turns out it wasn't part of Black Friday...the 3DS Zelda bundle *sigh* I had a friend go down to the city to get it while I was at work. Turns out Target Canada isn't playing ball...awesome >.<
Oh well, might as well keep it now and get my best friend of the year award on Christmas.

The Newest Zelda for the DS got a GOTY or two out there. I'm having some buyer's remorse. I got the Vita and Amazon appears to have left out the Uncharted game that was supposed to be bundled with it. Grrr.

Hope the new Zelda is as great as I've heard.
