Time is a Man-made measurement. You dont go backwards in it. At extreme speeds atoms vibrate slower. So your saying once you go fast enough, the atoms eventually stop vibrAting and the atomic clock ceases at lightspeed. And then once you go faster, the atoms.... Vibrate the other way? And somehow atoms that normally vibrate up-to down are vibrating down-to-up? Well they're still vibrating so the atomic clock time will start again. If you measure 'a day' bu sunrise to sunset, does time slow down in the summer and speed up in the winter? technically yes. Lets say your driving on the freeway at 60mph. So time for you is 1 mile=1 minute. If you slow to 55mph, did time slow too, since it takes a bit longer to go a mile? Or did your way of MEASURING IT slow? Lets say you slowed a bit because we used a sedative gas on you. So can we really say the more gas is in the car, the less you push the pedal, the slower time gets? No. Can we say the faster you go, the slower atoms resonate, the slower time occurs to you?
Also could you say time slowed down ONLY in the car but not anywhere else? It's the same with real time. We use atomic clocks because they are much more reliable than a car staying at 60mph. But if somehow solar radiation HYPOTHETICALLY threw off atomic resonance, can we really say it affected time? no. If it messed up our 'percieved time' we'd revert to some NEW measurment like sundials or quarts clocks. Time in the end is simply a man-made measurment that we can abandon if it doesn't suit us. It started when we started counting it, and it will go away when we stop keeping track. An apple going near lightspeed for 20 years will APPEAR like new, since it's atoms have slowed and the processes that go with it, but it's still 20yrs old. If ee counted time by constant physical decay, then i guess when they shut down constantly busy streets time stops for it because it's not eroding away as fast as the other busy streets, right?
