What you do in this game is someone gives an action, and you determine if it is bad or good by giving the poster above a Tip of the hat (you like them for something) Or a Wag of your Finger (you look down upon them for something.) and give the reason why you chose that.

EX: I give a Tip of the Hat to Poster 1 because killing babies is fun.
