Wash your hands. over, and over, and over, and over...

Do NOT attempt to peel it off. Thats how I got a dime sized scar on my belly.

EDIT:

You can try paint thinner or gasoline too. Might work.

Nail varnish remover is reasonably safe on skin but good for getting stuff like super glue off (I keep a bottle in my toolbox).

Either rubbing it on a fabric material (unless it peel off in a bad way) or get sweaty and place your hand on the sweat area.

Nail polish remover works best. Accidentally glued two of my fingers together once, so I just let it soak a little in nail polish remover and was eventually able to slowly pull my fingers apart. Make sure you go slowly, otherwise it hurts like hell.

I find the best method is to add more superglue. It re-liquefies the dried superglue, then you can just wash it off with plain old tap water.

Did you mistake it for lube? [sub]Cookie for reference...[/sub]

OT: I believe that paint thinner works.

Gasoline should dissolve the stuff. You'll smell like gas for quite awhile, though.

Nail polish remover, or any solvent really.
Just make sure you wash it off promptly.

peel it, video it, youtube it.

lighter fluid is meant to be pretty good at stuff like that, if it doesn't work, light it and aim for some water.

I use acetone or gasoline depending on what works, and if neither does anything I just let it disappear by itself. :3

Cut it out or soak your hand in some kind of acid, preferably hydrochloric acid...<.<

Run your hands under hot water. As hot as you can get your faucet. It'll be hot (dur), but hot water fixes pretty much any glue related problem.
I doubt this will work. Super glue isn't like hot glue, or even Elmer's glue for that matter. It's some sort of chemical change, not physical -- it actually bonds to skin instantly, if you, say, touch two fingers together after getting it on one of them.

On the other hand, the guys who are saying fingernail polish remover is a good option have it right. When I was a kid, I built some model kits and painted some miniatures, and I always had a bottle of fingernail polish remover handy to get the superglue off of my hands after I was done. You might want to use a scrub sponge in tandem with the acetone, to add a little bit of abrasiveness; the acetone weakens the glue, but it doesn't completely remove it.
