Costume-
Normal form
Note- The above image is just a gernal idea of what he wear but below, I am describing more details into it.
It's simply a blue spandex type of costume with a zipper on his chest. He is cover from neck to toe (his shoe wear is integrated into it. The suit had a lot of padding so look buff but he is really isn't (the padding are to protect him from hard attack).
He wears a skiing type of mask but it loose but strongly attach to the back of the neck (this mean he can take it off and still worn on like a hood). With the mask on, you can only see his eyes.
Knight form
Note- He suppose to look somthing like the above image but less awesome and without the extra frabic materials. Anything that is expose in the armour e.g. the armpit, his blue spandex can be seen.
This may sound plain but it when he is in knight mode that makes it cooler. When freezing the air to make his armour, he overall colour become mostly white. The gaps in the armour (e.g. armpit) still reveal his blue spandex. In his knight form, he look like a organic white knight (almost like the suit in the game Crysis ) since the ice had freeze on him.
In another word, he is like a knight with mail. He put on the rest of the armour but the mail is still expose in the gaps.
His insigna is a snowflake located on his chest.
Bio:
He was on a skiing trip with his friend in Snowdonia. They were at the base of the mountain when something unexpected had happen. They saw an avalanche and they had quickly trying to escape. Jack was unfortunately got caught and buried in the snow.
Buried alive, the only thing he saw was an unknown canister (I know a back story to this) in front of his face. The canister was leaking out a blue liquid which is strange because it would have been frozen when exposing to the ice. The liquid had a strange reaction to the ice and it touches his face. Soon the liquid grew out an ice and it encases him like an ice coffin. This had save his life since it had put him into hibernation.
A month later, some people had found him and he broke out of his ice coffin. His family (his parent and his little sister) visit him in hospital and to everyone surprise he was perfectly fine although his body is able to withstand the coldness that no human can ever with stand. The only thing he wanted was to return home and be with his family which the doctor agrees but only if he return weekly to further test him.It was a week later back at home when he discover his new ability to make ice armour on himself, which his sister joke he is a "frost knight". He just laughs it off seeing it was useless (he wanted ice bean power).
It was one day when two strangers try to kidnap him. He was able to escape so the strangers hold his parent and sister hostage. He went to the meeting place and a fight was enure. He was able to utalize his ability to defeath both of them.
They were all in the police station with the strangers arrested. A goverment agent meet with him and is aware of the situation. It was reveal that they working for a villain (they never seen this villain face nor the name). The agent had made him a offer that he be train (maybe the hero Ice or Wildcat would mentor him) to be superhero and join the British Teen Titan.
Although he wanted a normal life but in exchange for taking up a superhero mantle, the government will put his family into hiding. The drawback is that he should not see his family ever again in fear of leak information should he contact them.
For his sake of his family safety and protection, he reluctantly say farewell to them.
Personality:
There is two side to him, the arrogant side and the moody side. Since his ice armour can withstand most fire arm, he would run straight into a shoot out. This is not to say he is brainless rushing into danger. He is confident when to jump out into the openning.
His moody side is just that he can annoy easily but this is a reflection of his home sick.
Overall he tend to get on with other people but may leave the wrong impression (when he get annoy with somebody, they think he doesn't like him/her.
Weakness:
Although his armour can protect him from fire arm, his ice shatter easily against people with super strength. He also have a similar weakness to Frozone from The Incredible, he can't make his ice armour if he is surrounded by fire. Fire is not too much of a weakness since his ice can withstand the heat. It's only when it is intense fire that his armour will be weaken. His major weakness is salt, antifreeze and espically salt water. The salt can stain his costume which mean he won't be able to make his ice armour until he clean the salt stain on him first.
