"Not likely. As I understand it from my examination of the database some of the New Gods are quite old." Dartor said as he typed at the keyboard bringing up limited profiles and images of a few of the beings New Genesis; Orion, Big Barda, and Metron. "As for our own gods," he once again brought up several images of Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades. "I understand that they gain much of their power from human belief somehow. Such a being that hid itself would be far from infinite in power." Dartor paused in his lecture like tone and mused to himself for a moment. "Though I've heard some rumors of higher dimensional beings."

Looking back at Cat-Girl he spoke up again. "As for why us. I just don't know. I don't have any data. The implements and dialogue though might suggest serious delusion or a psychological detachment from reality." He adjusted his glasses as he replayed a bit of the fight.

"I'm not called Omnipotent for no reason you know. I can do all!"

"One could even theorize a severe or pathological lack of self confidence, or a lack of personal identity. Hardly the traits of many gods."

Bridget stayed as she watched the sun move. Finally, she snapped out of it and walked back into the Titan's Tower. She looked around before yawning.
When's the last time I slept?
She slowly shuffled back to her room, deep in her thoughts.
Who is Omnipotent?
A god?
Why send videogame characters after us?

"Are you suggesting, that this 'God' is lacking confidence? Is lacking personal identity? Would that mean that Omni was... Once human? That Omni was just a kid? Because as far as I can tell Omni resembles a human, a teenager guessing by height and voice." She looked at him/her again. "What would cause a kid to go so mad as to want... To do this? And how did Omni get so powerful?"

Frost Knight was having a dream at the moment where he became what he is today. He was on a skiing trip with his friend. They were chatting at the base of a mountain until he saw there was an avalanche. He quickly flees with the rest but he was slower due to wearing heavier gears. At he turn around all he saw was whiteness.
When he came round, all he can see was more whiteness. He was stuck and bury in the snow. He can only move his head a bit to see the rest of his body. His body was fine but part of his body were getting numb but was mostly irritated by the feeling of the coldness.
Ah, I had forgotten this ice cold feeling that I hated so much.
He remembers what happen next.
For some unknown reason, something was sinking toward his fore head. A silver canister had sinking toward him and then it stop. A liquid droplet was leaking out from it. He found it strange that despite how cold it is the liquid wasn't frozen. The liquid was colour deep blue but in the centre of the droplet was ice blue and it seen to be moving wildly like a chain reaction to the cold.
As the liquid drop onto his head, the contact to his skin suddenly becomes solid ice, spreading and encasing his body by this ice. The liquid continue to pour out until it ran out. The ice had made a coffin like ice with him inside it. He was getting sleepy and he couldn't fight it off. It then all went into darkness.

"I am suggesting nothing." Dartor responded off hand. "I am a man of science. I only submit my theories for now. It's not as if this is a unique case either. I believe the main Titans themselves once faced an individual by the alias of Control Freak who showed similar methodology and he was quite human."

Dartor rubbed his eyes to ease some of the exhaustion from them. "As for the how or why. Well, I still haven't examined the data we have so I cant say for sure though there are several possibilities. Technology, magic, empowerment, metahuman development; 'There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, Then are dreamt of in you philosophy.' Perhaps if we could talk with this Control Freak it might provide a lead, though that is no guarantee.

"Well, the original Titans have moved on... However... There's someone I know, if anyone knows about this sort of thing its him... His name is Mizu. He's in the Japanese Titans but he should be able to help us if I asked. Though he's a bit of a douche at times..." She sighed. "I see it as our only option, I'll get him on the video line immediately. Follow me to the living room." She walked off, heading to the living room. "If he doesn't know about this, nobody will. If its written down in a book he knows of it." But god is he a douchebag!

"Well then" Nathan replied "Good thing I brought my shovel." Pulling out his shovel and then dragging Mordecai and throwing him into a grave.

"Have you ever been buried alive? I have actually," throwing in the corpse of his bird. "Well figurtively I have..." Shoveling in a pile of dirt and throwing it on his body."But I'm gonna leave your head open, and the dirts not gonna even fall on your pretty little face." continuing shoveling dirt onto him. "but you wont be able to say anything, your lungs will be crushed under the weight of the dirt." and he's all saying this in one monotone. "But you probably know that...and by the way" continueing to shovel even bigger amounts of dirt in "You at least comfirmed that you DO work for someone, you do know that?" Jumping into a partially filled grave and padding the dirt in. "I've seen your face before, a hunter of the vault....did you think that it would be filled with all the riches of just one entire planet? I mean this truly. I'm asking, did you really think that would be in there...she's watching over you isn't she...the Angel?" Looking down at Mordecai's face as he stares up back at Nathan "Or...did he destroy her?" Jumping back out and continuing to shovel in dirt. "Either way, your a dead man with me....besides. There is no worse thing then death, and its quite easy to give. You have all these things in your head of what tortue he could do to you, that subsides...it does. Don't let others fool you, and thats what he probably did to you....Forcing over his existance over yours....."

"So...I gues what I'm saying is, you were never a hunter when you arrived here," stopping and looking down at Mordecai's face "Your the prey...and the bait for this true kill here." Pointing his thumb at his chest. "Your mearly bait, the worst kind of thing to be for a hunter." Rising up and leaving Mordecai to die....or at least to make him think that he did.

Dartor considered whether to follow Cat-Girl or not. After all, should he really leave them unsupervised? Dartor looked over at the sleeping people. Well, they weren't in any real danger so it probably wouldn't be too bad.

Still, precaution prevented disaster. Taking a slip of paper from the desk Dartor jotted a quick note on it in his crisp almost perfectly proper writing:

Drink some water.
Be careful about your throat.
Dartor

Taking a bit of tape he secured the note to Cassandra's forehead letting it lay across her eyes. No way she would miss that.

Satisfied he then followed Cat-Girl wondering just what time it was in Japan anyways. It was too bad that Dartor wouldn't be able to give this Mizu any extra information, surely it would be better to examine the scans he had gotten first. Still, when Cat-Girl got like this there was little stopping her.

Cassandra's eyes fluttered open, she tried to move, and found that she couldn't really move.
Damnit... What's this on my head?
She thought, noting a note on her head, and trying to blow it off.
It must be stuck with tape... Now is the time to use my telekinesis.
She focused, and lifted the note from her head, slowly starting to peel the tape off, and then proceeding to turn the note. She read it, feeling a bit annoyed.
I CAN'T DRINK WATER! I CAN BARELY MOVE!!!
She sighed, thinking about what he meant by her throat.
Was my throat hurt?
She lay there in silence, dreading the fact that she couldn't move.

Cat-girl pressed a button on the T.V to see a boy with long blond hair that reaches down to his elbows, green eyes and is 5'8". Wearing a black tank-top with several pouches which hold shuriken. A long scarf covers his mouth and wraps round his neck once before hanging down to his legs. His trousers and black and baggy with several white marks in the shape of stars spread randomly all over them. On the back of the top his four daggers are placed each spread evenly out.He has a katana is on his left side and is reading a black book. "Hello Cat, how are you?" He closed the book.
"Hey Mizu is there anything you know of about people, specifically teenagers perhaps, becoming something resembling a God?"
Mizu's eyebrow raised "Let me think... I believe there is one such thing I read about. Hang on." He walked off and came back with a book with the words 'The Two Omni's' written in English at the front. "This here book says that there exists two beings of immense power resembling something like a God, known as the two Omnis. One, Omnipotent. The other, Omniscient. They change person over time... Omnipotent is always a teenager, either boy or girl, who has faced a great tragedy usually involving the parents in some way... If they submit to madness, they become Omnipotent and the previous one... Dies. Its the only way to kill Omnipotent it says. Omniscient however... Not much on him or her..."

Gallant cursed to himself, but then his thoughts began to stir in his mind. "Control Freak..." he thought out loud. "He fought the original Titans, right? I... haven't really been paying attention, but video game characters doesn't really seem his schtick to me, if that's what you're suggesting."

"Once again: I am a man of science, I do not suggest. But they do contain several similarities." Dartor quickly responded to Gallant. "The affiliation with fictional pop-culture and the broad almost miraculous displays of power. It was simply a hypothesis anyways, nothing more."

Dartor then turned and watched as the screen came on. Convenient that the fellow was available, and he seemed quite amiable compared to what Cat-Girl had so roughly described. A traditional ninja to boot by his appearance, or at least displaying the paraphernalia that would be suspected. "That was surprisingly specific." Dartor chimed in to Mizu. "We didn't even have to tell you his name. So what would you say if I were to tell you that we met this... Omnipotent?" Dartor finally gave in and used the name though he still gave it no credit.

"I would ask if you were drunk when you did. This is a book of fiction, not of fact. The 'Two Omnis' don't exist. If they did we'd all be dead. The Omni's quest is to destroy all life in the universe, then bring it back as their slave." Cat-girl's mouth dropped. "What is it Cat-girl?"
"We just met him."
Mizu laughed. "Were you drunk?"
Cat-girl glared at him. "You know I don't drink."

Dartor simply nodded at Mizu's response. It sure made a lot of sense. "Well then. If that's the case, then that's the case. After all we still don't have a shred of evidence to point to the person in question speaking truthfully or even knowledgeibly." Dartor looked back at Mizu and asked a question. "So do you have any other ideas as to what it could be?"

Frost Knight had stated to wake up although he wasn't back to full strength. He was yawning as if it was morning but then suddenly remember what happen before he pass out. He franticly get up and realise he was at the sick bay.
Phew it looks like I am safe at the moment.
He took a scan around and saw Black Rose and Misfit was in the beds next to him. He quickly walks over to them but still feeling a bit light headed. He notice Black Rose scar on her throat wondering what the heck happen to her and Misfit look perfectly fine, thinking she was pass out like he was.
He notice that Black Rose was awake and the note on her. He read it and notice she was lying still not sure if they tug her tightly or unable to move at all.
He quietly said to her "Would you like to drink some water?"

"No, not really at the moment. I can't think of anything, however if anything comes up I'll be sure to contact you. However, it seems you have a copycat. This book is very rare, there are only ten left in the world. I could get information on any people who have bought it in Britain if you want." Cat-girl nodded "Then I'll get to it ASAP then, for now I must finish this book of mine... I've come across something unsettling." The video chat was canceled.
"Well, I guess we wait now. All we can do."

Returning to Mordecai who looks like he's about to suffocate, he grabs his face and pulls him straight out of the ground and then takes him and sets him up against a tree. "Sorry I had to go take a piss. Now are you ready to tell me what I wanna know?" Mordecai looking at him still with a look that clearly says piss off. Nathan sighing and then just kicking him in the nuts and across the head. "You are the worst hunter I've ever met." Putting down his foot on his neck and slowly applying pressure to it.

"Oh... Yeah?" He just managed to say before his bird burst out of the grave and hit Lycan in the face knocking him back. "Idiot, I come from another dimension. Same rules don't apply. This bird don't die." He got up and ran off into the city, pulling out an acid-firing revolver and firing back. "See ya wolfy!" He shot a civilian through a window, melting him, and got in proceeding to drive off.
