i'm with rogers.. never had any real issues.. on a family plan with my wife, 140$month for 200 minutes (Each), 500MB data (each) unlimited text/video messaging, my 5 Canada wide (Each) and the advanced voice-mail options...

Same here. Also my phone bill went up and the services provided dropped. Woo...

My only real issue with it is that I don't get too much signal from any basement I've been it, but that might be because of my Blackberry, because my old phone didn't have this problem.

Probably your Blackberry, I was on Sasktel before and I seemed to have service EVERYWHERE even in some buttfuck nowhere places in Alberta. I recently switched to Telus since they had the smartphone I liked best at the time. Also I was working at Walmart where they have deals with Walmart employees for cheaper plans. (I have 2gb data, unlimited text and video messaging, 200 or maybe 500 minutes, bunch of options like call display and such and also free long distance after 6pm) and I only pay $55 a month where as on Sasktel for my Blackberry with half the features but unlimited data it cost me roughly %80 a month,

Great thing is, is that even though I don't work at Walmart anymore I'm still only paying 555 a month!

I'm with Koodo, and they're pretty good. (in my opinion)
I'm not saying that they're the one you should go with, I'm just saying that they're good.
