I think it is slightly less important than your 18th birthday. Which is when you can legally do what you already doing before. So no, not a big deal to me. Though I'm only 18, so I can't say for sure how amazing being 21 is.

I'd say it depends who you are, for me 18 is bigger than 21, but I know people who think 21 is bigger than 18. It's personal preference really.

Well I'm British but I'm only 14, yet my familys big with many people over 21 in it.
18 is the most important "get drunk birthday" and the 21st is the same, just not in your mums house...
So yeah, nothing special about it...

I think it used to be you couldn't legally engage in gay buggery until 21, but equality brought about a change to 18, or it may be 16 by now, and I'm not sure if male/female anal is still illegal completely. UK law, huh?

NOTE: Entirely skipped doing any research, not even a casual wiki scan, figured I may as well start training to be a professional journalist now :)

I didnt consider any of the "big 2" to be anything special, my 18th and 21st birthdays were veeeeeery low key events............mainly because everyone completely forgot about them.
Hug?
