Damn, this snow sucks. We just got a shit ton this last weekend and am now expecting another 10-15 inches (at least here in NC) which means all hell will break loose. My parking lot is still covered in snow and this is gonna make it that much worse. I wish someone would explain to me why this winter is so bad.
You think this is BAD?

I didn't have school for 3 days last week, and I got to go sledding. I haven't gone sledding since before I knew how to tie my shoes. This is great!

I'm up in Connecticut and we're gonna get slammed on Wednesday. It's times like this I regret the fact our house has a 250 foot driveway.

Which Great Lake? I live by Lake Ontario now and Lake Erie usually. You are totally right, it's pretty bad but surprisingly not as bad as usual. Snow managed to miss Rochester.
I'm under Michigan, Indiana way. The worst we've got this winter is only about two feet of snow. Other than that, unseasonal thawing and occasional flurries.

We just had a huge snow storm here.

It wasn't all that bad. It was just surprising. It was only 3 inches of snow and the whole town shut down.

This place is full of pussies.

Actually here by Lake Huron we have almost no snow left, but were supposed to get some tomorrow. The first time in almost 3 weeks

I'll say, Colorado won't even consider calling it a snow day unless it's around 2-3ft AND it's still snowing.

I always find it hilarious when someone says they got a ton of snow and post a picture of it on the internet as if we should all be amazed. It usually looks something like this:

Anyone who says that's a lot is indeed a wimp. You want to see what counts as a lot of snow around these parts?

Did I mention that blizzard was during Spring Break?

Great, now all of you know how we feel here every single winter. And fall, and most of spring. I think it's hilarious. The last huge blizzard of early 09 was in May, the first blizzard was in October of 09. Enjoy it.

Yea I live on the tail end of this latest storm and we could get a foot...which means everything will be closed and I will be trapped in my apartment for the rest of the week.
You are a bunch of pussies.

The only time Alaska was shut down for anything, was when Mt.Redoubt erupted in 1989.
I've walked to the bus stop in 12" of fresh snow.

We don't get scared when there's 1-2" of snow and the whole area has to be shut down because ZOMGITSTHEENDOFTHEWORLD so we all have to drive 3x the normal speed limit..and there's this too:
