I can play most positions in American football pretty well, except for defensive back.

I'm really good at a couple video games, like Gears of War and Rock Band/Guitar Hero.

I have a pretty good memory, and I absorb information like a sponge when I want to.

Can't think of anything else at the moment.

Hmmm.

Random things that I have done which make me happy:
- Saved a life
- Brought entire family together after huge arguments
- Sorted out my entire life in just under a year and a half.

But things I am good at?
- Bringing people together
- Real Time Strategy games
- Musical stuff (Piano, Singing)
- Political speeches.

That last one seems weird but, well, I am a rather odd person. Sometimes people think I have issues because I just avoid speaking when I don't have much to say. Sometimes I am shy.

But once I start talking I feel alive. I light up and people just... notice. I feel like I am flying and people just start hanging off every word. In honesty? I am happiest when I am speaking about politics and my beliefs. Sure, sex is all well and good, as are relationships. But politics, speeches, marches, those are the things that I need in my life more then anything else.

Hell, one day if you live in *country name redacted* you might hear of me. At least that is my dream.

Seriously, I'm tempted to give this a shot when I sober up tomorrow (I have at least two FGI's identified), but I'm curious, what's the significance? (No-one brings up a compound out of the blue...)

Don't worry, I've already done that one, though there are a couple ways to do it, depending on how you cut it (core assembly reaction being either a Michael addition or a Diels-Alder, but it took a hell of a long time for us to figure out it has to be done under pressure), just wondering which way you'd go!

He'd probably swear at me in German, he was a very angry man, but had awesome music.

There's a shirt that even says that and a picture of him with shades on, so I don't how he'd feel about that either. :/

I love his organ works mainly (agreed on that piece), it's all great and amazing, and the Brandenburg Concertos are also awesome.

Nigel is gonna have some serious issues later if he doesn't tone it down...

Had considered both, but then again both my bifunctional and pericycle lecturers were obsessed with their respective fields to the point of sexuality, so naturally some of that rubs off.

As far as conditions go..isn't that the whole point of P-chemists? To work that out so the rest of us don't have to? (As far as physical goes I point the laser, program the computer and decipher the readout, that's all I need to know )

The more I learn about a subject the more I find that I know nothing at all about it and I'm stupid.

I'm pretty sure the point of education is to establish the limits of our knowledge, so we don't come across as the south end of a horse...

OT: I'm a mean cook, I can put together computers with ease, I'm a good musician and I can almost lift significant amounts of weight. Give me a few more months.

I'm good at maths, I like really complex stuff. I was always two or three years ahead of my peers at school, and would have been more if they'd let me near the good books.

I suppose I'm a good listener, I'm a good friend, and that I give advice that can out-do psychiatrists...

I can fix almost anything to do with computers and am a fairly decent writer...

The only problem(s) with these are that:
I listen too much, so not much is said
I'm a good friend so I have to sit on the fence in arguments between people who hate each other
I can't follow my own advice which leaves me lonely all the time
I'm unemployed because no-one is willing to give me a chance
and I spend too much time before a computer just writing nonsense for people who I don't even know...

I suppose I probably should've stopped after what I was good at...

I'm an OK writer. I was in journalism last year and after I got the hang of it I was getting a lot of compliments--even from the teacher.

Okay, I've done just enough riding to know how stupidly hard that is. Me, mounting from the ground is as gymnastic as it gets.

Stuff I'm good at? Award winning SF author (no really. Minor award, but they gave me a grand for the story). Airline captain (regional jet). And I'm also good at falling off horses.

I'm good at riffing on bad movies/TV shows. I had a session with The Last Airbender movie, and no one with whom I was watching it could get a word in because they were laughing so hard. The trick is to take your time and don't be afraid to not say anything for a while. You don't have to make fun of every little detail.
