On this subject my old man is dyslexic his hand writing is pretty poor but if he puts the pen in his right hand (he is left handed) he rights exactly the same but backwards! it's amazing how the brain worksEclpsedragon said:I also have dyslexia, it was pretty bad when I was younger, but I've always known how to draw.Sneezeburger said:Your avatar is kickass. but even people who draw don't usually believe they're good at it.
I'll draw something I think looks great at the time and literally three days later, it looks like crap and I'll get frustrated with it.

I suppose that's one Hollywood stereotype that might have a little truth to it...

I would pay for that avatar, haha.
The dyslexia does make for some... comedic mistakes.
I remember in high school, the class was arranged in a circle around a still life of a cow skull.
I didn't even notice, but I was actually drawing a mirror image of the skull
(The nose was pointing to the left, mine was pointing to the right). The teacher came around to help me because he noticed something looked... off. He sat down to try and figure out what it was when he noticed it was a mirror image, but he still kept trying to help me. I've never seen a teacher so frustrated in my life. He asked me how that could even happen. I told him I'd just started drawing the nose and that's the way it turned out.
One of my early teachers actually suggested my drawing ability was because of my dyslexia.
You should try it sometime, maybe you have a talent you never thought you had.
It's impossible to draw a perfect circle, and of course, all things get better with practice.
Well dude i found your username pretty witty and cleverIn Search of Username said:Nothing.
Nothing at all.
So this is a more depressing thread for me than any other. :/

Huh, I never thought of it that way. Thanks.someonehairy-ish said:Eh. There are people speaking it as a first language, IN England, who barely qualify for being called 'fluent'. It's a language cobbled together from at least four others and non of the rules are consistent or even make very much sense. So that is a pretty damn big achievement. Well done.
I know that feel, bro.Fappy said:I've been told I am a good writer >.>

The times that I took over 3 weeks to make one model (no blueprints offcourse), I kinda miss them xDStarik20X6 said:I'm pretty good with LEGO. Not as good as some people out there, but I can hold my own.
