Honestly, no idea. Haven't used that one. I am currently using Rogers at my mom's house, and it's bearable. I mean, at least it works, and Steam downloads things at about 1.5 MB/s. We pay quite a lot though. You're probably better off using one of the smaller companies, that still provide unlimited bandwidth. I use one at my dad's house, and it works fairly well, even for online play.

Whatever you choose, just make sure the ISP doesn't reute your signal through USA servers. I work for an online bookies and a few Canadian customers have issues with our system blocking them from using our website for this reason as online gambling is illegal in America. You may not gamble, but it's just an important thing to watch out for in your ISP so you don't get restricted or your activities become subject to American laws because you Canadian internet connection goes through an American server.
