Do you wear glasses in your dreams?

I'm 22 and I've worn glasses for almost 2/3 of my life now, but, when I'm in my dream world, I don't wear glasses. I never worry about them falling off, I don't have blurred vision from just never having them in the dream, I don't have dreams about losing them, nothing. Yet, I have a couple large scars on my body and I find them, quite often, being referenced in my dreams, though I've only had them for a few years at the most.

This topic can also apply to those with contacts. Ever worry about them falling out? Not being in? Drying out? Slipping behind your eye?

I don't notice. I've been wearing glasses regularly for maybe 6 months, and I can't tell. I used to be able to remember my dreams very well. In fact, I started as an experiment in psychology to take down every detail I remembered about my dreams the morning I woke up. I haven't really remembered my dreams since I started at college, and so I really have no idea.

I can't say as I've ever really noticed whether or not "dream me" wears glasses.

I don't need to wear mine all the time, but I do sometimes find it surprising if I catch my reflection when I'm not wearing them and its a situation where I normally would (for example, being a passenger in a car). To be honest though, I tend to forget I'm wearing them half the time anyway- its just another part of how I look.

Actually no.

Its strange, although I guess not entirely surprising. I hate these things. More trouble then they're worth. I'd get contacts, but thats a whole other set of issues. Plus I could never bring myself to insert something into my eye. Just gives me shivers.

Anyway, as I said. I don't usually have glasses in my dreams. If I do, they have some other purpose. Like night-vision/milkshake dispenser/infrared/ect.

Way to remind me that mine are broken.

It's never occurred to me to ask myself that. I somehow suppose not, as within the realm of the imagination, scope of perception or focal length is usually indeterminate in the same way the laws of reality aren't as well.

I've never noticed myself wearing glasses in dreams. But then my dreams are usually pretty hazy to begin with, so I guess I might not have them on for some reason.

I rarely ever wear any clothes in my dreams let alone my glasses.

I do sometimes wear a T-shirt though, and only that.

It's happened to a few people I know. Sometimes if you just move your eye around enough you can get it to come back around. But, if that doesn't work you gotta get a Q-tip or something and fish around behind the edge of your eye, or even go to a doctor to have them do it.

I don't remember my dreams well enough to tell, but I don't think attention was ever brought to them before.

Huh. Its strange, I actually don't know. I mean, I guess I do, but when I dream I never take the time to check.

Though, my vision seems fine when I dream. Maybe I wear them in my dreams as well? Never really thought about it before.

I... I've never bothered to check. I suppose I never wear them, because some of the things I pull off in dreams could never work with glasses on.

That happened to me once. It wasn't painful (contacts rarely are), but it took about an hour of glaring at a mirror and poking myself in the eye to get it back out.

Regularly in my dreams I look completely different than I do in real life. Sometimes that involves glasses, sometimes it doesn't.

I feel the same way...Girls in glasses are the best! Erhm...

OT: I haven't noticed. Not that i would though.I am so used to having my glasses that they are baseicly a part of me. I kinda feel naked with out them, that is why i dont have contacts. Plus my vision sucks without them. :p

I always see myself without glasses in my dreams. The fact that i rarely use them also helps (i use contact lenses) to create that mental image.
