Ok not sure what you think im getting at here I am just saying Lara Croft development is unrealistic and her killing ability is as well and that this dosent bother me because I like a game that is playable and fun overly being slavishly realistic.Moonlight Butterfly said:Well male characters take on similar odds and you don't see anyone complaining about realism thereMaximum Bert said:snipI'm pretty sure a woman is capable of killing a man. I get what you mean about the numbers though.
As for the sudden disregard for human life apparently the narrative team wanted her to go longer without killing many dudes but the gameplay guys disagreed.

Her sex is irrelevant many male characters are unrealistic and that dosent bother me either but people will complain about that as well Nathan Drake springs to mind immediately as another unrealistic character people complained about because he also kills ridiculous numbers of soldiers and survives stupid situations constantly again this dosent bother me.
Yes women can kill men killing is something anyone can do a child can kill a man as well this point is mute. Also im glad the gameplay guys won out I like the mix between combat and exploration at the moment and its not like she is killing many people that early in comparison to some games again Uncharted is an obvious comparison here.
In very short I am not saying she is unrealistic because she is a woman and thus incapable of doing what she does in game I am saying she is unrealistic because she is supposed to be human but quite obviously displays superhuman feats of endurance, stamina, healing and killing capacity (among others) and whats more that this dosent matter to me as it makes the game more fun.
Also I have just got a bit further in the game and I am quite liking the new Lara, much more so than the old one.
