Edit: I could also help you with writting the OP, I think people were put off by the lack of detail in the OP and a fleshing out would have helped greatly. Just my opinion though, might be total bunk but do with it what you will.

I first made this as an intrest thread, that is why there isn't much detail, I'll get right on it, but don't lose hope, I only need 5 more people.
