Ugh... To say a long-story short, I bought games from steam sale during summer (most from THQ pack) and I have yet to beat most of them. To this day it is driving me crazy, I want to be done with them but then I get upsets with new game releases. :(

The games I need to beat are:

Company of Heroes (started)
Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts (haven't started.)
Company of Heroes: Tales of Valor (haven't started.)
Full Spectrum Warrior (this and Ten hammers lag a lot on my PC for unknown reasons.)
Full Spectrum Warrior: Ten Hammers
Gothic II: Gold Edition (started)
Gothic® 3 (started - going to beat a week before Gothic 4)
Juiced 2: Hot Import Nights (Started)
Mount & Blade: Warband (started)
Red Faction (started)
Red Faction Guerrilla (started)
Red Faction II (haven't played yet)
S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky (started)
S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl (started)
Titan Quest (started)
Titan Quest - Immortal Throne (haven't started yet)
Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War - Dark Crusade
Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War - Gold Edition
Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War® 2 Chaos Rising
Warhammer 40K: Dawn of War - Soulstorm (haven't started any DoW/2 expansions)
Warhammer® 40,000?: Dawn of War® II (started)
World of Zoo (Don't think I will ever play.)

Not to mention:
Patapon 2...
Phantasy Star Portable 2
Untold Legends: Warriors Code
Sacred 2...
Section 8...
Folklore...
Baldur's Gate 1/expansion/2/expansion...
Joe Danger...

What should I do..? (and in three weeks I will have two more games, Two Worlds 2 and Gothic 4... I keep building my wish and don't wish to stop but I am building a list of unfinished games...)

Like I was saying during school "gotta go home and finish DoW2..." then I went home and played Minecraft the whole day. :p And its not even that I hate any of the games, they're all great but I can't seem to finish them.

Anyone else have a similar problem of having many unfinished games?

I had a similar problem with my xbox and the simple answer is:

You don't really want to play 'that' badly. Most of those games are good to okay in terms of quality and it wouldn't surprise me if you didn't want to play any of them that badly

You do make a businesses marketer very happy though

The solution? Play a some amazing games, ones that suck you in like a £1000 hooker and don't let you go. You shouldn't feel forced to play any game, EVER!

Well CoH is an RTS and I would recommend the campaign because its pretty good. Plus I would recommend Relic RTS campaigns over any other.

Never played Full Spectrum Warrior

My girlfriend got my Gothic 2 and 3 and I was actually really interested in it but I got sidetracked by life and I never really even got out of the first chapter in either.

The only racing game I have played in recent memory is Dirt 2.

I have heard mixed things about M&B

Red Faction is pretty good. I would recommend getting a trainer to dick around with making massive tunnels until the game decides you blew up too much enviroment and wont let you do it anymore.

RF 2 Is awful avoid it.

RF:G Is different from both but can be fun to blow off steam. Again a good one for a trainer (if on the PC) because its a lot more fun to cause all that destruction as an undefeatable god.

Stalker SoC is great if patched. Deffinatly worth the playthrough. CS can be hit or miss. I actually hit a game breaking bug with the latest patch but meh.

Heard of Titan Quest somewhere but dont know anything about it.

Warhammer 40K and I have a very jaded relationship. Dark Crusade is fun if only for the OPed Necrons.

World of Zoo is unknown to me.

Never heard of Patapon.

Phantasy Star Portable (played PSO) I imagine would be a good time waster while your in bed.

Untold Legends is unknown to me.

Sacred 2 " "

Section 8 is fun and boring at the same time. Not something I would jump on. The multiplayer is okay from the rental I gave it.

Folklore (if it is what I think is) has been on my maybe list forever and a day.

Baldur's Gate is another game I have never played but feel as though I should. From what I have read its great so go for it!

Joe Danger is an "arcade" game so I cant imagine it having anything really great going for it as far as just dicking around with it when you have overplayed something and need a breather.

My suggestion. Stop buying stuff for a while and play your back catalog.

Sounds like you need to get busy playing some games!

Even so... that's quite an insane list. :O

The only game I own for my 360 that I haven't finished is Far Cry 2. I'm pretty diligent about finishing games.

I think my "have not finished" list is about that long. Well, maybe half as long, but certainly feels that long.

I know my N64 back catalog is particularly neglected at this point. And I don't think I'll ever get around to the Game Gear D:

I don't know about most of those other games but the ending sequence to S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow Of Chernobyl with the 2009 complete mod was one of the most intense experiences I've ever had in a game...

I'm usually pretty good about finishing games as when I was younger my parents would refuse to get any new games until we had finished the games we already owned, a rule that they have relaxed now, but thats how I was brought up, and old habits die hard. I think the only game I don't intend to finish on the PS3 is Disgaea 3 because I am usually really busy.

This made me laugh.

I pointed out to my husband some time ago that he has a terrible habit of buying games and then never finishing them, no matter how much he was enjoying them.

He's now on a personal mission to complete every game in the house.

What's the matter with you! Here, let me tell you how you do it. You pick a game and finish it before buying another. You stick to it till you are done. By the time you are done, you can purchase the next one either pre-owned or new base on reviewer you like or the series. Once that's done, go to the next. Here's a nice little example for you.

I have bought KH:BbS for PSP. I won't stop playing till i get the secret ending and almost all keyblade. Once that's done, the new entry in one of my favorite series ACE COMBAT is available on PSP. I'll pick it up full price. Next, I have lined up Persona 3 Portable. Since i saw some favorable review from some of my trusted internet critic, i'll bought it next... but since i don't know if I'll like it, I'll will bought it pre-owned. That's just for PSP. If you take that system, you'll always have a few buck for the next one.

well, there is one game that no one has metioned, and i think only one person has actually completed this...

World of Warcraft.

This was completed by a Thiawaneese (cannot spell that) person who managed to do every achievement in the game and therefore, completed WoW.

(Titan Quest is awesome... Wish more people played it and knew about it... Quite a nice little RPG)

Assasins creed 1 (nearly there)
Assasins Creed 2 (kinda started)
Avatar: Burning Earth (the garden stealth part was bugging me so I just dropped it cold)
Viva Pinata : TIP (Still need to get my Live Vision working, but otherwise done)
Fallout 3 (Still towards the early half)
Neverwinter Nights (the cruddy cameras and easily dying aides really had me hating this)
All the Halos (Hubby loves them, and would like to not have my head handed to me by him whenever I loose my mind and agree to a game with him)
