i understand your argument, person who started this thread, and while there are games that can lead to HUNDREDS of hours of good fun, there are games which are, simply, too short.
like star wars, force unleashed: took me only 3 sit-downs to beat the game, and by "beat", i mean i ransacked and explored every level, until i had collected everything, and even then it had taken me less than 10 hours to beat.
then there are games that just leave you wanting more, like Gears of War, where even though it was a reasonable length, it just felt like it was somehow lacking.
so i get your argument, people DO need to STFU and play their games, not just get to the end, but often times, when they say the game is too short, they're right.
