1. Dr. Girlfriend
2. Bender
3. Col. Hunter Gathers, example:

Col. Hunter Gathers said:
Hunter: Are you prepared to do whatever your country asks of you?
Brock: Yes.
Hunter: Can you keep your head about you when confronted with mind-blowing weirdness at every turn?
Brock: Yes.
Hunter: Are you ready for anything?
Brock: Yes.
(brief pause)
Hunter: Are you still ready for anything?
Brock: Ye-
Hunter: WRONG! (hits Brock with a baton, Brock screams in pain)
Brock: Ow, son of a *****!
Hunter: Lesson number one, trust no one. The moment God crapped out the third caveman a conspiracy was hatched against one of them! Get up, damn you!

I always liked him the best out of the group.

I lived and breathed this as a kid.

Why? He's the goddamn Batman!

I'm actually quite surprised, all the self-proclaimed weeaboos actually putting anime and cartoons together. Sounds more like idiots to me.

I hate listing best / worst so here are a few of the most awesome CARTOON (not anime) characters I know of:

Seriously, if you've seen the boondocked and didn't like him then something is seriously wrong with you. He has the best quotes out of everything I've ever seen, ever.

Invader Zim is probably one of the best cartoons I've ever seen, so if you've never watched it before go do it. Now.

And now I'm pretty much out of ideas from other cartoons that haven't been mentioned.

Most have already been named, such as Batman Beyond, Batman and Cosmo (great guy) except this guy...

Probably the best tv-show i've ever seen. Teknoman Blade was too awesome.

Ooh. hard to day since I have so many... so I'll just name a few:

1. Homer, Bart & Lisa Simpson: this one's kind of a three-way tie, since I like all three of them. I enjoy Bart and Homer's antics, and I like Lisa because she's a lot like me on some ways- intelligent and compassionate with a strong sense of justice. Plus, it's refreshing to see //someone// in the town of Springfield who has any sense...

2. Mickey Mouse & Bugs Bunny: another tie, because well, it's Bugs Bunny and Mickey Mouse! What more could you want? Bugs is always willing to go toe to toe to with people he feels wronged him, and Mickey is just this pure and all-around good character (plus, he was totally badass in Kingdom Hearts, if you can believe it).

3. Optimus Prime: This one's pretty self-explanitory, people.

The guy from Trigun who carries around cross bigger than he is

I'm also partial to Spike Spiegal from Cowboy Bebop
it was my first anime and one of the most memorable character

also Jin from Samurai Champloo
My friend told me I look kinda like Mugen but I was confused and didn't know how to take it.

Oh wow.. so many of my favs were already listed... I'm just going to add one.

Vash the Stampede. Even after all these years, i can replay this series without getting bored. Subbed not dubbed of course ;).

And if anime doesn't count....

I was a big fan of a show called Wheeled Warriors when I was younger. Oon was awesome.

You're really gonna make me boil it down to 3 characters? Fine then.

NUMBER 3: The Joker

NUMBER 2: Freakazoid

NUMBER 1: Dr.Zoidberg

They are not ordered in any sequential manner, but they simply represent 3 of the most iconic characters I can recall and that have provided me the most laughs... The 90's & early 00's... /nostalgia
