Can't really put them in order, but here are the ones I consider my 5 favourite.

TLoZ: Ocarina of Time
Mischief Makers (I was really surprised to see other people say the same thing)
Conker's Bad Fur Day
Goldeneye
Mario 64 (Though I never owned it, I sure as hell loved playing it)

1. Majora's Mask- Because it had everything I loved about OoT with the additional ability to change into the other 3 major races in the series, which added another layer of fun. That and its story was much darker than OoT and it had nothing to do with Zelda or Ganondorf, which nets it a few more points.

2. Ocarina of Time- I don't think I need to say anything for this one.

3. Paper Mario 64- It gave you an interesting party of partners to use (ok not so much with Watt, but whatever), a slew of other interesting characters, and get this, Princess Peach had a fully functional brain! Add in the fact that the turn based combat was actually fun, and you'll see why this sits at number 3 on my list.

4. Super Smash Bros- A fun multiplayer that allowed me and all my other 7 year old friends to kick the crap out of each other for hours on end.

5. Mario 64- like OoT, I don't think I need to say anything for this one.

1: Ocarina of Time - got it when i was 6 or 7 years, was always afraid of the bosses, took me and my dad a year to finish.
2: Yoshis story - just have a thing for yoshis *cute*
3: F-Zero X - raw speed (personal best: 1263 km/h in silence), the abillity to destroy opponents (death match: personal best: 2'11'someting) and randomness of the X cup.
4: Banjo Kazooie - only game that i really couldn't finish (freggin hard)
5: Majoras Mask - just a bad sequel, liked the play back to first day thing (the abillity to fight bosses more than once), but termina feild was too small and cramped (beach next to snow? wtf?)

Other great games: Whipeout 64, Star wars racer

1. Mario 64, lost it and miss it.
2. Starfox 64, great game to play when you just want too shoot people down.
3. Smash Bros, I'll never forget the 4 player, 99 lives, at 200% damage.
4. Shadows of the Empire, a great Star Wars Game.
5. Golden Eye, the one FPS I kick ass at.

Also Turok.

All the cliche'd ones for me. Lylat Wars, Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask (I lump them in together because they have such similar controls), Mario 64, Perfect Dark, Super Smash Bros... And Paper Mario, of course.

Oh god my 64. Happy to say I still have it in working condition, and so does my cousin with his, so we can go back to some of those old games and enjoy the nostalgia.

1. The Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time - this game occupied so much of my spare time when I was younger. So much time lost, but not wasted. Good memories reside here.
2. GoldenEye - The multiplayer. When I was in primary school, I was king of GoldenEye multiplayer. No one could best me. And this is without the Golden Gun too. Plus the Firgate mission rocked.
3. Conker's Bad Fur Day - Unfortunately my parents wouldn't let me buy it, but my cousin STILL has it, so we go back to the multiplayer of it occasionally. Great fun.
4. Super Smash Brothers - If I chose Kirby, everyone was basically screwed. Unless my friend chose blue Kirby. Then it was even. Many fun, even, challenging fights.
5. Lylat Wars - Like someone else mentioned (whose name I can't remember) the game that me first start worrying about scores. Man, that was FUN.

I had fun. And just with the single player. The multiplayer was even better. I loved the N64. It defined a big part of my childhood.

Yay, another one. Nostalgia rules!

1) Ocarina of Time (Because it was epic)
2) Perfect Dark (Goldeneye and a crap load more)
3) Super Smash Brothers (Beginning of my favourite fighting genre)
4) Mario Kart 64 (Great gameplay and awesome battle mode)
5) Super Mario 64 (Because Mario is a sexy beast)
