In no particular order:
Devil May Cry 4 - Xbox 360 - Probably the best example of how -NOT- to make a hack and slash game. Bad camera angles in the form of forced battle zones, tiny portions of action split up by pretentious CGI. Wankers.
ARMA 2 - PC - An attempt to make a simulation war game, that focused on every aspect of war. (Flying, Infantry, Tanks) Probably would have turned out better if they had focused their attention on making a purely infantry based simulation. Instead I got tacky arse dribble, I reckon it would be easier to drive a tank in real life, in fact I reckon it would be easier to build a tank in real life...with no arms.
Army of 2 - Xbox 360 - Cringe worthy homo-erotic wank fest, consisting of 2 macho yankies with arms the size of tree trunks and similar egos to boot, shooting the shit of countries filled with little brown people. Insert that into a generic shooter with lack luster content, the final cherry on this turd cake is the ability to "bling" out your guns. *gag*
Age of Conan - PC - This game kicks off well, so gorgeous and atmospheric. In fact I am willing to say this is the best looking MMO I have ever seen. That's as far as it went, I ran out of quests at level 20 and ran out of patience for this tacky, unfinished waste of money. The fact that the game DIRECTOR left 2 weeks after the release with the statement: "The game wasn't going in the DIRECTION I wanted." kinda backed that up...dumb arses.
Medal of Honour: Pacific Assault. - PC - When the bulk of the creators left the team that designed the fantastic game Medal of Honour: Allied Assault/Spearhead (expansion) So did the talent, the old team went on to create CoD and EA replied by publishing this half arsed flimsy shooter. Being a fan of Spearhead and a current player of the first CoD I was looking forward to see what they had to offer. It was the equivalent of a sack-o-smeg.
