1. "Afterlife"- Avenged Sevenfold (and many others)
2. "Late Goodbye"- Poets of the Fall (and many others)
3. "Broken Wings"- Alter Bridge (and many others)
4. "Welcome Home"- Coheed & Cambria (and many others)
5. "No One Knows"- Queens of the Stone Age (some others)
6. "Erase/Replace"- Foo Fighters (and many others)

Basically anything that sets a thoughtful mood, sounds melodic, hits hard, or any combination of the three. (Why six songs? Because I like to go a step further)

These answers are constantly subject to change.

No Heaven--DJ Champion (121)
Herr Mannelig--In Extremo (97)
Ain't No Rest For The Wicked--Cage The Elephant (93)
Remedy--Seether (89)
Propane Nightmares--Pendulum (85)
Ulysses--Franz Ferdinand (81)
Electric Worry--Clutch (76)
The Rocky Road To Dublin--Dubliners (64)

My taste in music is completely independent of genre. Although I do hate country and mainstream rap on principle.

Oh, also, the Dwarf Fortress music has been played 80 times, but I'm not counting that since I accidentally left iTunes on Repeat 1 and forgot to pause it, then left the house for four hours. I don't actually like that noodly little guitar piece that much. It is pretty cool though.

The Prodogy - Invaders Must Die
THE BEST SONG. That's up to 48, as I only got it last year.

Huh...I rarely listen to any of my "most listened to" anymore...

1)Paramore - Misery Business (The only one with more than 100 plays. I went through a BIG Paramore phase a while back. Not something that I, a 24 year old classic rock enthusiast who works at a country radio station am entirely proud of.)
2)Dr. Horrible Soundtrack - Brand New Day
3)Dr. Horrible Soundtrack - Bad Horse Chorus
4)Dr. Horrible Soundtrack - My Eyes
5)Dr. Horrible Soundtrack - A Man's Gotta Do

Expanding it to the top 10...

6)Dr. Horrible Soundtrack - Bad Horse Chorus (Reprise)
7)Dr. Horrible Soundtrack - Slipping
8)Dr. Horrible Soundtrack - My Freeze Ray
9)Slipknot - Pulse Of The Maggots
10)Slipknot - Before I Forget

I swear, I almost never listen to Dr. Horrible anymore, and I can't remember the last time I listened to that Slipknot album. Weird...

Discounting intros and whatnot;

The Beginning of the End - Nine Inch Nails
Digimortal - Fear Factory
Symphony of Destruction - Megadeth
Feel Good Inc. - Gorillaz
The Hollow - A Perfect Circle

Not putting numbers because they're embarrassingly low; my MP3 player is pretty new, and I have sync set to manual so plays on my computer don't sync to the iPod.

My iTunes has a very low number for most songs, as I rarely listen to music through my laptop. So I'm going to give an estimated top 5 for my iPod as of late (not overall, otherwise every song would probably be a HIM or Emilie Autumn song).

In no particular order:
1: Spotlight (Oh, Nostalgia) by Patrick Stump
2: C'est La Mort by The Civil Wars
3: Always by Panic! At the Disco
4: 4 O' Clock by Emilie Autumn
5: Don't Exist by PMtoday

My top five are:

1. Rule the World - Kamelot (66)
2. Feel Good Inc. - Gorillaz (58)
3. Hyper Music - Muse (58)
4. Ghost Opera - Kamelot (57)
5. Deer Dance - System of a Down (52)

And because I have nothing better to do, here's five more!

6. If You Really Love Me - The Flaming Tsunamis (51)
7. Cancer Swing - The Flaming Tsunamis (50)
8. The Great Pandemonium - Kamelot (50)
9. Attack - System of a Down (50)
10. Soldier Side - System of a Down (49)

My didn't get transferred from my old computer.

Dimension Zero - He Who Shall Not Bleed (33)
Andrew W.K. - Ready To Die (31)
Still Remains - Anemia In Your Sheets (30)
Oh, Sleeper - The New Breed (25)
Finntroll - Aldhissla (22)

My old list had stuff like:

Cradle of Filth - Hurt and Virtue
Dimmu Borgir - Hybrid Stigmata / The Apostasy
Norma Jean - Amnesty Please
Marduk - Voices From Avignon
Nile - Black Seeds Of Vengeance

So, mostly extreme breeds of metal, sometimes interspersed with "softer" metal and rock.

I can't say how many times they've been played because my ipod doesn't tell me, but the top 5 are:
-Never Enough by Epica
-19-2000 Soulchild Remix by Gorillaz/Soulchild
-Hear Me Now by Hollywood Undead
-Imagine by A Perfect Circle
-Paper Planes by This Century

That last one actually surprised me and I didn't think it was possible that Slipknot, Rob Zombie, or Murderdolls would be missing from the list... huh...

EDIT: this list would probably be dramatically different if I hadn't been forced to reformat my computer about a month ago. I just checked my itunes and it says my times for these songs aren't even into the 20's yet, but over all the years I've listened to many of them tons more times.

Well looking at mine, here they are:

1. Take A Bow - Muse (392)
Map of the Problematique - Muse (392)
2. Wrong - Depeche Mode (373)
3. Du Hast - Rammstein (353)
4. Assassin - Muse (334)
5. Super Massive Black Hole - Muse (315)
Mein Teil - Rammstein (315)

So it turns out two songs hold the same title for both 1st and 5th in play count. And yeah, Muse, Depeche Mode, and Rammstein dominate in play count for the most part due to the fact that these bands I'm totally content with starting at some point within their songs and just letting it run through, which is actually odd for me. I usually switch between songs even when I'm only listening to one group (as I go Music > Artist > Album > Song on my iPod).

1. One - Metallica (It's place as the top-most played is on account of the fact that I've been learning how to play it on guitar)
2. Why Bother? - Weezer
3. Smothered in Hugs - Guided by Voices
4. Porcelina of the Vast Oceans - Smashing Pumpkins
5. The Divine Suicide of K - Protest the Hero

This list is by no means indicative of my favourite artists (aside from the SP song), but I recently had to re-add all my stuff to iTunes, and so the songs at the top of the list are really just tracks that have caught my attention within the last little while. Most of them don't even have more than 20 plays.
