Well, Disney is starting to look more and more like those MegaCorps that you'd see in most fictional dystopic societies.

I'm wondering when they'll get their own private army. Because mercenaries with the Disney logo on their sleeves would be incredibly hilarious and frightening.

Disney also owned Miramax when they put out Clerks. I wouldn't worry about them enforcing censorship on their subsidiaries.

This is important to keep in mind. Disney is a massive enterprise with all kinds of business interests. I highly doubt they're going to start forcing Totalbiscuit to wear a Mickey Mouse cap.

As said, none of these people are Disney employees. Even Dodger, who is a host of all sorts of Polaris' stuff, is only a contractor.

TB already said that if Disney tries to fuck with the way he does things in any way, he's out. And he also said it's something they're highly unlikely to need to worry about.

So far as I'm aware Polaris was formed in reaction to Machinima's shitty contracts and atrocious treatment of it's content creators so I wouldn't be too worried for any of these Youtubers, I imagine in the event of Disney screwing things up their contracts will allow them the freedom to leave Polaris with their rights intact.
