Toughest/Most Annoying Achievement?

The achievement "2 for one" on Halo 3
Its where online, in a ranked match you have to get a double kill with a single spartan laser shot
For those of you who don't know the spartan laser is an extremely slow firing weapon that shoots a beam in a strait line
i don't even know if its possible

I got this on my old Gamertag Delentamon.



It was on High Ground, and two guys came up to each other, melee'd and then I fired it right when they hit each other, so I got both of them.



I freaked out hardcore.


OT: Probably getting 69 stars in spec ops on Mewtwo.

You just said the title, not all of us know what 2.0 is O_O (Myself included)

Seriously 2.0 is 100000 kills in GoW2

Star 69 on MW2. Wetwork was the only trouble for me. God, that was amazingly difficult.

Most fun achievement= Vidmaster achievement where you do Highway on 4 player legendary with Iron. Phew, that was good times.

Any of the Dead Rising achievements featuring survivors, I can't keep those idiots alive long enough. So I get pissed then just wait for the swarm to consume them while I laugh maniacally.

Any of the survivor achievements, of which I think there are 4 or 5, are hard and annoying.

All because of a really odd glitch from playing the reverse "No Mercy" campaign.

Jump Shot: L4D

Type: Tough

I could not for the life of me get this. Headshot a hunter while he's pouncing. Bah! I tried every gun and still fucked it up.
Eventually I got lucky and it somehow glitched open after I shot the Hunter in the chest and killed it while it was standing up.
The other annoying thing about this acheivment is that my mate got it while being dragged off a roof by a smoker while using pistols.

An easy way to get Jump Shot, is to get the assault rifle, and hold it just above his head. Then let loose when you think he's about to jump.

Ranked online?
Not a chance.

But to get the achievement you have to do it in ranked multiplayer

Ahh. I worded that wrongnessly.
I've made a spartan laser double kill on local multiplayer, but not on ranked multiplayer online, and I don't have the achievement.

The "Get the highest rank in online" achievement on ANY SHOOTER has to be the most annoying thing ever. I want to 100% this without wasting %20 of the next six months getting there.

Wow, a lot of people find Seriously 2.0 from Gears of War 2 hard. That isn't that bad because all kills on all game types count.

Seriously... on Gears of War only required 10000 kills but it had to be ranked online multiplayer. That is a drag to get.

Also, some of the insane Guitar Hero achievements such as the one for getting perfect on 20 songs on expert. If I would spend that much time to get good at a song, it would be on a real guitar.

Assassin's creed - getting all the flags in all the cities (as well as the kingdom.) It took me weeks to do it without a map or guide.

Get 4 kills, all within 4 seconds of each other, on a ranked FFA playlist.

Yeah. Ain't happening. The worst part is getting the Triple kill, then lining up that 4 victim only for me to get domed by some dillweed. I'm terrible with the power weapons, but have gotten up to level 40 on Lone Wolves. Bascially, everyone is far too high-tier for me to take out with any relative ease. Arg.

Task: Defeat all of the Most Wanted Ghosts

Reason it's Annoying/Hard: You CANNOT complete it. It is IMPOSSIBLE.
The last three MWGs do not appear anywhere online, and no one knows where to find them. You're told how to make them appear, but the game refuses to cough up the goods. It's probably a glitch, but they haven't bothered to fix it. Until then, you CAN'T get the Platinum!

So it's actually a PS3 trophy; I don't have an X-box and I wanted to contribute...

1) any achievment that involves you killing and overload of things.(i.e. seriously 2.0 kill like 100,000,000 locust)
2) achievments that force you to play the game again.... especially over and over (i.e. 7 day survivor in dead rising)(also I.E. the get all endings in dragona age and step in all areas... in dragon age.)
3) ok this is just a funny one but I beat smack down vs raw 2010 and got 99% of the achievments exept the "finish the training check list".
4) searching achivments (100 flags in assasins creed)

for hard
1) when a game makes you play a higher difficulty.
2) online multiplayer achievments (halo 3 overkill... I just have no luck... almost got it but the last guy did not die, even when I hit him twice with a sword)
3) the achievment for not skipping the soul calibur intro cutscene.... I beat story 5 times before i figured out how to get it...
