If this movie doesn't focus on the idea that sex toys are alive too, I'll be disappointed

Srs answer: Curious about what it will be about, but I am weary

Concern.

I don't think a fourth one is needed, and the previous ones set the bar so high it can only be disappointing. But I was also concerned about the third one and they proved me wrong.

Concern.
Just why? they wrapped things up so perfectly in the last movie, they're gunna need a miracle for this one to live up to expectations.

Concern, because this means that I'm going to have to wait another year before Pixar gets around to making Bug's Life 2 (I can dream, right?)

I do love how it is a rumour that something has been confirmed. Surely that's an oxymoron?

But I would be excited about a potential Toy Story 4.

Concern especial with the third film end on a high note so I was contend that they ended it just like that. Beside I'm perfectly fine with those shorts like Hawaiian Vacation and Partysaurus Rex just the way they are that they still carrying on with their adventures with their new owner while it's just a short film.

Concern. The third one was wrapped up in a neat little bow. Another is not needed. Pixar trying to put sequels and prequels where they are not needed is concerning me, while The Incredibles is begging for a sequel but no luck.

So much for wrapping up that classic, huh.

Maybe they should make the movie about how the toys are never ending slaves to their own commercialism. "No rest for you, toys. We need you to entertain yet again."

Oh God no.
Think about what they would have to SEE, to ENDURE.
What an awful thing to wish for.

OT:
Not really psyched, I liked the movies, but I thought that the trilogy was pretty much over, what with Andy having given them away and whatnot.

I'm concerned because I thnik the third one wrapped up the story, we don't need another one. Although, the movies were damn great.

Pixar, please, just make another Bug's Life and THEN I will be excited.

I did a bit of Googling and as it turns out this rumor probably [http://www.ign.com/articles/2013/02/20/toy-story-4-rumors-shot-down?abthid=512417fc747180853200002b] isn't [http://www.hitfix.com/motion-captured/that-toy-story-4-rumor-is-completely-false] true, [http://www.ibtimes.com/why-toy-story-4-2015-probably-isnt-happening-how-rumor-started-1094624] so you might want to edit your OP.

It is not needed and will suck, mainly because there is no need to continue the storyline and any change to the already distinguished narrative will negate the emotional effects of Toy Story 3. TS3 was supposed to be the big, heartwrenching conclusion and it did that well so there is no reason to prolong the franchise other than for monetary gain. Also Pixar is practically dead to me with their recent efforts, Laika is the new Pixar in my opinion.

I would like you to know I was chuckling at your profile picture when I read your comment and was pushed to the brink of wetting myself. Good stuff!

OT: I wouldn't say excitement but I'd totally watch Toy Story 4. They've all been great so far. I absolutely trust Pixar not to butcher it.

Concern, Pixar as a whole seems to be slipping in terms of that 'magical' touch that separates good from amazing.

Their last two products (an obvious cash in sequel and movie whose development that was plagued with issues) doesn't help them.
