They would probably just hang out and have some beers or something. They seem like the type of people who wouldn't really bring the work home with them ya know. Sure you killing the aliens on the job, but that's just a job really.

Also in this vein of inquiry, what would a blow up doll do?

And what about playful christmas ornaments? I know I used to love to play with the glass doves, sitting under our giant, beautiful tree.
(Seriously, my mom would do at least nine foot trees, and do them beautifully and coordinately. They look right out of a Southern Living magazine)

I would guess they have the most epic battles between each other.

Well, Buzz thought he was real when he first came...maybe all toys do, and they have to "learn". Man, thats a horrible thought. I mean, Buzz clearly has memories. Just think, someday you'll be living in your beach house, looking out on the sunset, then you'll wake up and find out that it was all a lie. ='( Thats fucking dark.
If the other Buzz in 2 was any indication, all the Buzz toys think they're real and have the same implanted memory. Same with Zurg.

The world of Toy Story got a lot more complicated for me today. There's also the question of why Buzz felt he had to follow the rules of not moving when people were around, or if toys follow every aspect of their movie counterparts. Do home made figures have the same effects? What brings them to life? Do custom created characters come to life with the personality created by the creator?! AAAAGGGHGH It's Toy Story it shouldn't be this complicated!

If you take notice of the films the toys only have range of motions appropriate to their implied joint articulation; be they rag dolls or action figures. The only exception I can think of are the army men who have the ability to move their arms but only in the ranges allowed by whatever they were made to be holding. So when wondering what Warhammer figurines would be doing, I'd have to go with not too much.

They're pretty solid statues that wouldn't leave much to joint articulation without damaging their body structure.

I think a better question to ask would be at what point does a toy become conscious/alive? Is it somewhere on the assembly line or later once it's been packaged and shipped off to the store? The toys also seem to be immortal pending they don't go through a wood chipper or something. I mean hell, look at all the horrible things Sid did to his toys and they were still living. All those melted army men. How much of a living hell can a toy endure before it ceases to exist as a conscious being?

See "Small Soldiers [http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0122718/]" for what Warhammer toys would do, just in a larger scale.
