I'm sorry, but me 6 years ago may have been able to comprehend that. I'm not going to say what I think about it, but I should just say I doubt very many people even still do play yu-gi-oh...
Same here, I didnt know that there were different versions of Yu Gi Oh

Never said I played for profit. I mean, I do. From time to time, my friends and i have played for money, but we always play for cards. No reason you cant put up and ante unless you're sure of your deck.

Though I will say this, a good, realy duelist (and no, thats not me on my high horse, its an honest thing), doesnt need to rely on banned cards to play.
I don't need to rely on banned cards, I'm just not going to bother to find out which is which for a game I play on less then a monthly bases

(and for the record, the people I play with have the same mindset)

side note- if you don't know what unglued/unhindged cards are; they're cards that are made PURPOSELY unfair/cheap and are made entirely for jokes

like "Target player gains life equal to how old they are"

Also, I'm Assuming you follow the three card rule. Where you can only have 3 of the same type card (unless their semi limited, where you get two, or limited where you get one, or banned, but thats already been covered). If not, then no wonder they *****, you have nine monster reborns and ten dark holes.
traditional format has its own rules as to what is limited/semi-limited
i follow those rules

Oka, just saying. Its nice to know then you odnt rely on them.

and those cards sound like the kind you make yourself on one of those card creator sites.
No, actually they're real (and from quite sometime ago)
they had their own booster packs and everything

there's the list of official Unglued cards (just look at how funny they are haha!)

Well, there's alot wrong with your deck.

You should followed the banned list. No to be rude (and its going to be really hard not to), but only d*cks use those cards from the older decks. Also, I'm Assuming you follow the three card rule. Where you can only have 3 of the same type card (unless their semi limited, where you get two, or limited where you get one, or banned, but thats already been covered). If not, then no wonder they *****, you have nine monster reborns and ten dark holes.

But I'll move on from that. I dont play traditional. Well.. I dont know if i cant say that. I do, but i odnt. The main base of my current A deck is the magician's structure deck and then i build and beef up. I've also made decks out of random booster packs that completely own. One of them is my C deck. But regardless, I have cards from the old yugioh list, the newer ones, and cards from things like Shonen Jump. And I've dominated. I beat the Cyberjar/Chaos Emperor Dragon combo with ease. Crushed the Exodia ploys (because, contrary belief, you do have to PLAY the cards, not just hold them in your hand) and wiped the floor with other supposedly unbeatable decks (the six elemental spirits included, if you know what that is. I forget at the moment, only I've ever done it and one other person i played did it as far as i know personally).

So no, you're not really all that good. To one person you're cheating, to another you're playing weak opponents, to people like me, you've just never played people like me. And to another person you're playing with broken cards, since in those days, sacrifice didnt exist, you played with 2000 LP and couldnt attack on the turn a card was summoned. But i dont know how you play, so i cant really say.
When you have "Right Leg of the Forbidden One", "Left Leg of the Forbidden One", "Right Arm of the Forbidden One", and "Left Arm of the Forbidden One", in addition to this card in your hand, you win the Duel.
I copied and pasted this off the yu-gi-oh wikia, the cards effect says you only need them in your hand, not all on the field.

1) stop quoting the mother f***ing abridged series
2) magic is easier to understand (hard to believe, right???)
3)yugioh is really quite a bit of luck. in card games, you aren't "good" at them. you are either lucky or you just suck less than your opponent.
4) there's really no problem with what's in a yu-gi-oh deck as long as it's not so overpowered you wind up looking like a complete *********** so then you'll have to **** sideways.
darn it...

even in traditional yu gi oh you only where allowed to use 1 monster reborn, 1 Reigeki and 1 of the other ubercards. So your deck was always against the rules even in the first edition rulebook.

everyone who plays advanced format gets all pissed off at me and whines about how it's "not fair"

but you know what? look at my lifepoints and compare them to yours. i got 3000 and you got -2000 from my Chaos Emperor Dragon/Cyber Jar Combination. don't whine because i can beat the shit out of you"
Shure you can win easier by cheating, but how does winning when you cheat proof that cheating is ok?
I don't think they should ban cards though, but rather think of balance before they sell the cards.
Card limits are ok though.

I am way out of the loop but I thought you could only have one Monster Reborn in a deck.
You can in both traditional and advanced format thanks to konami's dart board tactic when it comes to deciding a ban list.

As you can read there, the limited Cards are still limited (1 per deck), there are just no banned cards (banning them was stupid anyway) and the formerly banned cards are limited to one per deck.
If you actually follow those rules then there really is no problem with your deck.
But if you have more then 1 Monster reborn etc, and your post suggests you use 8, then theres no problem.
And the other guys you play are being what i like to call "whiny bitches"
But as i said your post suggests you use multiple copies of limited cards, which you never cleared up. and that is not legal, ever.

i did clear it up, read the EDIT in the original post and look at my deck list (as i said, i only use 1 of each card)

I think traditional format should be played for fun. Give yourself 50,000 lifepoints each and just take turns pulling out turnarounds in ever-increasing levels of ridiculous-ness, you can reach near-anime levels of bullshit with trad format cards.

As for playing serious games with trad decks? No, even when I played Yugimonz I didn't find any merit in it.
