Very disappointing that in-game content is held back in various markets for annoying reasons. Living in the USA, it appears that a Gamestop purchase is required to get a cutdown version of this pack, which only includes the Ottoman Jester (The other character being released exclusively for those who buy a boxed version from Best Buy). Buying from anywhere else means that you lack all the upgrades, the Vlad mission, both characters AND the out-of-game stuff, in digital or physical form.
Stuff like this is why I end up buying fewer games these days. If I'm locked out of content because I bought from the "wrong" vendor, (at full price mind you), why should I pay for that experience? Everyone should have the full compliment of in-game content available at launch, no-matter when or what edition they buy.
As much as I've enjoyed the AC series itself, Ubisoft has seemingly used it as a dumping ground for some of their worst ideas, from the always on DRM (Hope that doesn't reappear...) to requiring you to play a facebook game in order to have access to certain items in Brotherhood. Unbelievable...
