Okay, can all make an agreement that if you cosplay as Vincent, you must meet strict physical fitness requirements?

Apologies to the guy, but his word choice terrorized me. Constant "Violate" *Inhales* "I love the smell of a new game!"

I started to get increasingly worried as the video played out. XD

That's got to be one of the best (and slightly weirdest) collectors editions of a game I've seen in a long time. It just sucks it's not being released in Europe.
Which is why I, living in europe, pre-ordered it from a retailer in america. So I'll get this special edition as well! Totally going to be worth the money, atlus are great.

Why is this video Rated M again...? I don't get why anything in this video requires an age check.

That said, this is a pretty average special edition. I enjoyed it, though! Soundtracks are always fantastic. I'm a big fan of soundtracks for games.
The game itself deals with sex I think. So, The Escapist is just watching their asses and making everything related to it 18+.

It could be that or omigosh boxers THINK OF THE CHILDREN!

Oh, but I actually wanted to see the layers inside the disc :(. I specifically like that shirt though but I'll just get the normal copy. The Pizza Delivery joke was so bad its good.

I'll per-order the standard for the art book and because I'm strapped for cash till next week. Here's to hoping the funding goes towards a Persona 5 in the near future.

Ill have to wait a long while to pick up this game, I really liked the story and the cinematics, but I think I was reeling in shock when I realized my lines had been crossed and I found out something horrible.

For the longest of times because it was Atlus I thought Catherine was A grid based RPG or for some reason I remember crisply erotic horror RPG. Now that Ive played the demo I was kind of disappointed in what the game is. A climby puzzler.

I think a lot of people were expecting more story-driven gameplay. It's nice to see puzzle games being given solid stories (like with Portal) but after seeing all of these news snippets about the game's characters and story I would have never guessed it was a puzzle/arcade game.

I think the only thing I would have loved for Atlus to have done (personally), the case artwork should have been reversible. Thinking seriously about it for a moment, I don't own a 360, and I would have loved to have Vincent's girlfriend as my cover art (FYI, Vincent GF has glasses, which is hotter than any blue eyed, blond haired evil woman).

Otherwise, looks like fun. I want the shorts.

IMO, the PS3 art is wayyy better. Mainly because it seems to be a better representation of the story. I feel like Catherine is a more important character than Katherine, and depicts her as a tormentor for the protagonist.

Why does this game get so much attention from the Escapist? It's just another weird Japanese game...

Its gotten a good review from IGN, and I like the whole anime/game thing, also why arnt they bringing the collectors box to Australia.

Kinda annoying that Japan doesnt give us most of their games.

I check my Pre-Order shipping status every few hours on Gamestop.ca.
I know there won't be a change but I feel like I need to check just in case it does ship early.

That's because Atlus fans go ga-ga over Persona or something like Catherine but have apparently never heard of Steal Princess. Atlus doesn't just do RPGs although they are mostly known for that. They should be known for doing weird.
