Was I supposed to take that seriously? I tried my best, but couldn't stop laughing at the horrible attempts at Australian accents. I mean, I live there and no person I know talks like that.

Back on track from what I paid attention to, it looks like more killing zombies with weapons. Nothing that caught the eye.

The trailer with the family in the hotel room was worthy of an Oscar nomination. Half the people I know who saw it started crying, and I doubt any parent could watch it without considering buying a gun.







This looks like Duke fucking Nukem with the wrong music. It's even got about the same number of almost naked tits.

Okay, the first trailer looked like something that would win awards. This trailer looks like Left 4 Dead on an island. I'm hoping it's not just Left 4 Dead on an island...

Yeah, it was doomed to be a Left 4 dead on a island when they introduced ARENAS into the game.

Did anyone else notice a huge amount of guns? Didn't they say that melee was going to be the main playstyle and guns would be rare? Yeesh.

HYPOCRITICAL GAMES, WE FORGOT OUR PROMISE! I'm still peeved, when I saw a gun in a TRAILER, I almost sent a angry letter, then cooled off, BUT NOW! REALLY!? Maybe they meant it the other way around?

Oh, right, on the topic. ITS A LEFT 4 DEAD 3! Tech labs brought my wish. Probably won't get this for a long while, until the price is crazy low from a steam deal.

So it's a zombie slaying experience and not the emotionally deep zombie survival game I wanted? So in other words, it's almost exactly like all those other zombie games out there and not a refreshing take on the genre? I'll be spending my time more useful then.

When I saw the first trailer (the one that went in reverse) I was really exited about this but as soon as I saw gameplay I got completely turned off by it and now I just feel disappointed by it I think it's not the fact that it looks bad (because it doesn't it actually looks really good) but instead the fact that it's another freaking zombie shooter and don't get me wrong those are fun but the first trailer made me think of something more horror, I thought maybe more character driven, less shooter more survival and this is totally not what I was expecting and although it looks fun I don't think I will be picking this up, I mean I haven't even played Left 4 Dead, in fact the only action zombie game I've played was CoD World at War and it was on a friend's house, so this is probably just not my style of game.

Yea I noticed that too. It's really odd that they put those clips in trailer eventhought, like you said, game is focusing on melee etc combat.

its look rather "left 4 dead"-ish Im wondering if there will be much focus on story? also I dont like a gamer where single palyer feels empty...

Not sure how I feel about this. My friend is getting it and he wants me to buy, but I already have Space Marine preordered. Once I saw the gameplay videos with the numbers bouncing off of hits and whatnot, I was a little turned off. Kinda hope those can be turned off. I might get it in a couple months.

Wait, they got their own version of a Boomer and possibly a "strong" zombie (the big one in a straitjacket)? Couldn't they be abit more creative? Well regardless of that I still think it will be a good game.

In all fairness, "strong zombie" is a pretty broad description. You get enough zombie entertainment out there and you're bound to see overlap.

This looked great until they add the stupid "roid zombie" stuff like in L4D. Which is all this game is. I loved, what i think from the trailer, all the story and character stuff. An the idea of surviving on a zombie infested island sounds awesome. But with the now "special" zombies added makes my interest drop.

Holy shit, they sound like the biggest pricks that ever came to pricky mick pricksten in the decade ruled by a satanic prick who worshiped the most evil prick ever. The only one that sounds like someone who should live is Purna, for the simple fact she killed a child molester who was convicted, while all the others seem to karmatically destroyed their lives by just being prickish. Also, the china chick should live too, but she seems to be filler for no reason.
At least its 2 guys and 2 chicks, but I don't see why they didn't put 'this game was made by several, varying ethnicites because all we want is to give peace a chance' somewhere on the box.

Another co-op zombie game? Why can't someone do a lone-survivor not-quite-so self-aware serious zombie epic?

I'm sure this'll be good but I want scary and co-op does not equal scary.
