Looking good - all aside one thing. Can I just ask why the fuck EVERY future has to be bleak, gritty and full of dark :(ness? Seriously, look around your self - 2011, the 'future' that was imagined a while back is completely different. :p

This is Deus Ex remember? actually there's a slim chance it might be something of a more optimistic installement than the first one, if only because of how grim looked in it

I suppose that's true. Deus Ex always did have a dark, infofreak feel to it and that's to be expected since it deals with conspiracies. I wouldn't critique them on it either if they weren't going for a hard foot in realism. But hey, if there's at least a little optimism here and there to break the flow, nice. ^^ Regardless, it's one of the few games I'm actually finding my self looking forward to.

Yeah, if you're looking for non-bleak future scenarios, you're better off looking somewhere other than cyberpunk. This sort of setting is pretty much part of the definition of the genre.
