Never heard of this game and yet it was released yesterday and gamestop wants me to buy it Game Informer gave it a near-perfect rating? I'll look for a demo maybe...it looked interesting enough. If nothing else it's nice to see demons who sound like they eat something other than ground up rocks and, glass.
I just struck me that this is another game published by EA, featuring a man murdering his way through hell to save his girlfriend's soul...
Agreed but it does cxome from a combination of Suda 51 and the guy who created Resident evil and worked on DMC and Vanquish...Add to that the original Silent Hill Sound Director and I think this could be a 'trip through hell' game worth a damnComando96 said:Well... are you really that shocked... It actually looks pretty good; all the reviews I've read so far agree. Also, side note, did anyone else read that as the "shadow of the damned launch trailer"? Those Damned Launch Trailers and their pesky Shadows...
So they took Blood, The Darkness and Devil May Cry, smacked them into a wall and reassembled the remains?
Don't see much survival horror in this, just splattering baddies onto the wall in a Blood-esque universe.
I might actually pick this up somewhere along the line. Don't expect much though.

Why not have you play as an inside-out squid demon from Neptune who is just killing all his fellow monstrosities because he has just seen a human female for the first time and has the major horn on for her?
That would be eleventy billion times more funny, entertaining and fertile for unique gameplay elements than just playing as another angry douchebag.
