I am guessing within the next month or two. Bioware is now letting people pre-register guild names and recruit people. Hopefully that means they are getting closer to announcing an official release date as well. As in, it becomes too flowery, too restrained and formal to be effective. Elaborate katas/forms, but the applied skills in response to serious danger dumb right down.
