So glad to see they've gotten a lot more voice actors for Skyrim. Hearing the same 12 people in Oblivion talk about how they saw a mud crab down by the river was getting very annoying.

"The guys are big and burly and have beards, the women are big and burly and have beards..."(4:36)

Wait, wha? So their dwarves now? But wait, the dwarves are extinct in Elder scrolls, so that means these poeple are extinct, but their Nords so their alive, so...Wha?

I did genuinly get goosebumps listening to the Elder Scrolls theme sung by barbies. And I haveonly played Oblivion as well.

I'm happy that the famous actors voice acting I don't know. It means that my immersion isn't shattered like it was with Fable 3 (Oh look, Susan from My Family is being my spiritual guide).

I hope they have a reference to that somewhere in the game. Just make one random guy with about fifteen different voice actors.

Make him talk about everything except mudcrabs. I can dig it.

7 Days.
168 Hours.
10080 Minuites.
604800 Seconds.
604800000 milliseconds.

No matter how we slice it. The space of time before the grand moment is going to be torment.

Graphics and sounds aren't everything. Developers can tout their ability to create realistic worlds all they want but if the gameplay is shit then they've worked for nothing. Since the combat system looks identical to the one in Oblivion, I'm not getting my hopes up.

MEDIC!!

OP: Everything I see about Skyrim just makes me bubble up with happiness. This is going to be thousands of times better than Oblivion (Which I put about 450 hours into). I'm going to die of malnutrition playing this game.

Christopher Plummer was a great casting decision, his voice is perfect for an elder. Now, all they need to do is get Ron Pearlman, Liam Nissan and Patrick Stewart and they would have an all star male cast.
Perlman's voice wouldn't have fit the setting that well, I don't think. Sir Patrick and Liam aleady did major roles. Variety is the spice of life.

I do agree that Plummer is probably one of THE BEST voice actor choices for Skyrim. Him and John Hurt would make a killer duo in a game like this.

Add both Sean Connery and Morgan freeman to the voice cast and....well, the universe would probably collapse on itself from all the awesomeness.

I know this is a heavy nitpick, but does anyone else think they could have done a little better on the mouths for the characters? Other than that, yeah, seven days cant go by slowly enough.

I don't know about you guys but that was the most intense adult experience I've ever viewed. Good thing they had that age verification check in there, I wouldn't want a child to be exposed to that.... "sound design" indeed, I feel dirty an euphoric at the same time, and I'm a really jaded person! I can't wait for this game, finally an appropriate trailer for birthdate checks.... I would never have guessed how they did those sounds for all the Krajit girl and mudcrab scenes at that bordello... wow that voice actress must have lungs of steel, and the designers recording that were obviously having the time of their lives "motivating" her.

Ummm errr, all of that aside, it IS going to be a long week. To be honest with most games nowadays the closer to release date they come the more unfortunate details you find out, and I gradually wind up wondering if I should cancel my pre-order at the last minute. Sort of like the doubts I'm having over "Saint's Row 3" after the first review, and character creation Demo, or the very founded doubts I was having over "X-Men: Destiny". Good or bad in the end, I'll say Bethesda having dealt with the unfortunate bits early on, I actually do get a bit more excited as I see more of the game.

... and again, great job on the age verification, I have no doubts that was appropriate and nessicary for a trailer on a game's sound system. That couldn't possibly be an error here could it? :)
