Well... Yeah... Now Patrick, your a great actor. But that reading has as much emotion as a half eaten kipper. Your no Richard Burton.

I wonder if the story will translate well to a sidescroller. Right now I'm not impressed.

I kept seeing Uriel Septim in my head, as Stewart was narrating.

It feels like they're trying to use the name and the reassurance that the story is set in Britain and not in America with Tom Cruise who is the most attractive young father I've ever seen... to sell the game.

The trail is shit. Perhaps the game won't be that bad. Would have been nice if they put a bit more effort in it. They have to compete against other games.

I wasn't expecting a game. I thought it would be trailer for upcoming Heavy Metal production of "War of the Worlds: Goliath," which sounds promising.

Same thoughts here.

When I think War of the Worlds game, the first thing that springs to mind is not cartoony sidescroller platformers, funnily enough, and I think this trailer did an excellent job of demonstrating why.

A perfect example of devs relying on the weight of the license to carry sales.

Meh, it tries too hard to be the next Limbo of platformers. I could be wrong, but it looks awful.

Was the trailer speaking about the planes of oblivion?

Wow. A sidescroller platformer is just wrong for War of the Worlds. It just dosnt fit. I mean ffs the mans rolling around and leaping like a ninja, which does not fit into the story of War of the Worlds.
And seriously Mr Stewart? Money must be getting tight. First a sims game and now this.
