Destruction on a scale never before imagined by the minds of men, with robots, guns, explosions, and a unavoidable car chase. Such is what i wish. With Micheal bay at all involved this will probably all happen.

I know everybody thinks Megan fox is an awful actor, and she is, but she has a great rack and long legs and all you you haters can go fuck yourselves.

It will be the only saving grace of the 3rd film
Then maybe she should stop acting & switch to porn?
LOL^
Winner winner chicken dinner
Perhaps the chicken dinner could fill in for her. They have nice breasts & legs too.
Right, but I dont want to stick my dick in boiling chicken fat
How dare you accuse Chicken Dinner of being overweight!

More robots fighting and less stupid humans.

And, though this may just be a personal problem with Bay since its occured in other movies of his, please stop using new, popular songs to fill up a scene that otherwise would have been trash, especially when the song has nothing to do with the theme of the movie in any way at all (the ending song in Transformers 1, the opening song in The Hitcher)

Megan Fox isn't the problem. Michael Bay is.

Getting rid of Megan Fox just means more money for CGI and shaky camera shots.

I'd like to see Bay stop screwing everything up. Soundwave as not a satelitte. Devastator was just a tall robot, not some dragon thing with balls. He also got Bumble Bee confused for Hot Rod, seeing as Bee was a VW Bug (hence the name).
I'd like to see Blur make an appearance, nothing like a really fast talker to confuse people. The dinobots would be great too. As for the bad guy, Unicron would good, but Bay would screw that pooch somehow.

To sum it up, a new director that has at least seen the original series.

I think for Transformers to be a good movie, it should focus on its robotic characters. Hopefully we will dive deeper into the motivation and history of the characters. I for one would love to see more of Optimus Prime.
I'd just ignore it. Don't get excited because it will suck just like the previous two. What I find hilarious is that the cheap 84' animated film was visually more interesting, had better action, a decent story with (shock horror) some character development and was funnier.

When it comes out, do like I did during two's opening weekend, grab some friends, some beers and watched the re-mastered original, you'll have a better time.

i haven't even seen transformers 2.
the 1st one gave me brain damage and i needed 2 internationally prized good movies to recover.

the 3rd should never be made, it is a danger to the mental health of the world.

The Blues Brothers had better done action and is a comedy from the 80's. Seriously, i just want to clearly see robots beat the shit out of each other, but without pretentious bullshit that makes no sense and is too long for what it is.

I blame everybody who watched the second film for giving them the impression that a 3rd film would be a good idea. Including me...

Seriously though, Transformers 2 really was one of the worst films I've ever seen. The special effects weren't as good as the first film (which was the ONLY thing that made the first film watchable as far as I'm concerned), the story somehow managed to be even worse, they managed to fit in even more racially insensitive caricatures (I would even go as far as to say that this film was rather racist), Megan Fox was even less of a character than she was in the first film (though to be fair, I don't think its fair to say shes a bad actress in this as they don't even really LET her act), The action was terrible and it was difficult to make out what was going on and it was so painfully LONG. I've seen bad movies but none that felt quite as long as this one.

I for one won't be watching Transformers 3. Unless I can take in my iPod. And my DS. And even then only if I was dragged along by people daring to call themselves my friends.

My mate and I went to see this Transformers 2 expecting crap story, crap dialogue and decent robot fights and we were dissappointed. Why would you want to hide 1/2 the fights behind scenery for crying out loud?

Afterwards, we figured out a way for a 3rd film to not suck. All it would be is a big, flat barron wasteland with Autobots on one side, Deceptacons on the other and maguffin in the middle so its 90 mins of big robots beating the crap out of each other. Sadly Michael Bay would probably figure out a way to screw that up.

Someone KILL Shia please And the parents. Its still in that era of the "Hesistation improv comedy" And it FUCKING SUCKS!!!

Seriously the script must look like:

Dad: Whats going on in your bathroom?
Spike: *Make shit up off the cuff*
Dad: And son you need to clean the garage (Dad doesnt know its got a robot inside it)
Spike: *Make up some bollocks*

My attempt

Dad: Whats going on in your bathroom
Spike: Just wallpapering, I mean you never told me I couldn't and im a healthy growing boy its what I do, I mean what your saying is you want me to stop so okay as a parent, I mean your. I mean as in your a parent you should be within your right to make me stop. Okay ill stop
Dad: And son you need to clean the garage
Spike: Yeah no problem, I mean as your son I should be expected to make that...choice...around the place, After all your my dad and you shouldnt have to clean the garage because your son should, I mean not to make it out that your a slave driver but but but...i mean you could be.

What I'd like to see is Hot Rod. Damn it, he was one of the original Transformers and also one of, if not the, coolest one.
First off, Hot Rod was not one of the originals. He first appeared in the movie, where they killed off the better part of the originals, including Optimus Prime, and Hot Rod replaced him as Rodimus Prime. He was only Hot Rod for like an hour and a half.

Second, Rodimus was the worst leader ever, and he was a sports car with a trailer when he transformed, which is one of the saddest looking things I've seen.

Wow, you clearly have a better knowledge of the History. All I can remember (without loosing any credibility, social standing or whatever that I have with myself by tracking through the net to find this stuff out) is that as a kid I thought he kicked ass. And I never saw him with the trailer on - though it doesn't sound great - but as a car he looked the business.

And I'd still like to see him in the third movie.

(By the way, am I right in thinking it was because Optimus went off somewhere and Hot Rod used the Matrix given to him by Prime to then become Rodimus Prime? My memory is a little hazey with that sort of thing so any enlightenment would be welcome.)

And as we're using signatures...

Fingerprint - a little more unique -

If Michael Bay had nothing to do with it, and Megan Fox wasn't in it, and they focused almost entirely on the robots, there could be a very, very good movie in there.
