because if i remember correctly the MBay movies killed all hope for a good come back of transformers

Yeah I'm wondering what his new alt mode will he used to be a gun but now they say it's cars, tanks, trucks or jets I guess a tank would be closest if they lean toward the new Transformers:Animated style or possibly a truck.

Right, a tank or some other type of armored vehicle would be a good choice. In a nice nod to the TF nerds, his turret could be then styled to resemble his G1 look.

Better than that, Jesus could transform into crackers and wine.

Admittedly that's not very useful if you want to haul some cargo, but if you find yourself at a soiree with a nice cheese but nothing to go with it, then Jesus is the only Transformer you'll ever need.

In the original animated series they wernt jets, they were a weird looking kind of flying pyramid, Soundwave was a streetlight (but he was a spy so its conceivable he had many forms). Never saw what Megatron could transform in to.

I'll admit when I read the title I thought, Crap on a stick, Bay is at it again. Now I learned that he isnt even remotely attached to it, it will be awesome based on that fact alone.

There has never been a version of Starscream that was not some kind of jet*. The War for Cybertron one is no different (he's similar to the TF: Animated version in that he's a FSW jet, but he's got more Stuff and stubbier wings. And presumably no army of clones.)


*Yet. Alternity Starscream is, like the rest of the Alternity range, a car but it's not out yet. The internet raged, and Transformers was, once again Ruined FOREVER.

Seriously, how cool would it be to defend a cap point, switch to car mode, and rush over to give your friends some backup?

For those who don't remember Kiss Players, don't. Just don't. Japan got hold of the franchise and raped it with RID, BW 2&Neo, Armada, Energon, and Cybertron. Seriously, they can kill a show that easy. Then we have Bay in the US raping the hell out of the show. He doesn't even like Transformers! Give the guy a cookie for effort, but leave Trasformers to the fans.
