Ryan awoke in a hospital in a white apron his pants still on, But his body still completely exposed.. Blood was splattered on his white apron.. He stood up.. His head was still dizzy from the painkillers.. He staggered over to the place where the put his items... A broken baseball bat was lying against the wall and His katana was lying on the table.. He walked over and picked them up.. He then staggered to the door.. He slowly opened the door up, His vision blurry.

"That's a hell of a guitar" Dean said looking at the magnum and shotgun." Well, hop in, sitting still isn't exactly safe right now"
"Yes, yes it is" said Will getting in the van and putting his guitar case down. "All I'll ever need in an apocalypse is a guitar"
"Or enough brains to take more than a goddamn guitar and some extra strings" commented Kayla.
"Hey I've also got some extra picks in here and some medical supplies" retaliated Will.
"Yes but we are right next to a hospital, I bet there won't be any medical supplies in there"

"Or enough brains to take more than a goddamn guitar and some extra strings" commented Kayla.

Leanne looked at the 2 new people in the van. "Getting kinda crowded in here now isn't it?" She said. She looked over at Yvonne in the front seat. "Is there a law against leaving a large group of people to die?" She said."There is no laws that cover zombie apocalypse," He looked at Leanne, "Plus, they said things were going to get sanitized, meaning they wont leave us to die. If we don't escape they will kill us."

Ephraim drove off, swearing the broken window of his car. He saw the smoke, and decided to continue driving towards it, seeing as it was a good signal for rescue.
"So... Looks like I saved your ass, buddy." Ephraim said to his new passenger. "You can relax... I've got a few guns in here, and an axe in my emergency survival kit."
"Thanks..." The new guy said, slightly shaken. "Good...Now, do you know where we're going?"
"I'm heading towards that smoke... Odds are that I'm not the only one. Hopefully there's a rescue vehicle headed here. I could've sworn I saw a helicopter flying a couple of hours ago... But I don't know now..."

Dean went insane from the stress, he turned his M4A1 to fully auto and tore the survivors in the van to bits.
"Lets get this beast rolling, circle around the hospital and see what we can find."
