Me and my little brother played this RPG Shooter where I was this double shooter cowboy (not sure if it was a cowboy) and my brother played a beefy white guy who shot slow bazooka like weapons. You fight your way through tons and tons of monsters in a maze like surrounding and while you kill them you get certain powerups like speed boost I think or increased damage and life.... maybe ammo i think? But as you kill'ed you level'd up as well and maybe you had to buy your upgrades?? I also think that you could pick between 5 characters but I was always the cowboy. It's been so long and if any of this is familiar to you guys LET ME KNOW!!

You played as "Cap 'n' Hands" and you're brother played as "Bounca". How do I know this? I'm reading their names off the back of my PS1 case. Still own this game!
