Perhaps making zombies as unkillable as once believed? Shotgun through chest just makes a window to the other side? Zombies take a lickin and keep on tickin. I could dig it. Throw in a second person (Behind the Shoulder/Mass Effect) camera angle, and you've got yourself awesomesauce on chips, I think I might enjoy playing it.BolognaBaloney said:I hope so, but dead rising focused on killing zombies, I want a game that focuses on fending them off, and staying aliveBellvedere said:Sounds a bit like dead rising... I mean it's not as big as you were hoping but as it is time driven rather then accomplishment/mission driven it's very flexible. The sequel is supposed to be taking part in a city rather then a mall so maybe that will be what you're after?
Maybe put in quite a few stealth elements. Maybe if you wanted to continue the Idea of multiplayer scenarios, Say you need to get supplies from an area, but the area happens to be a zombie infested deadhut. You could have some people make a giant diversion, maybe starting a fire, shouting, shooting and stuff while someone goes around back, and gets the supplies before everyone escapes? And maybe a time system of day and night, and having to find places you could be safe, just hoping no zombies are already there, hehe... Just some thoughts and Ideas of my own.
*EDIT*
And having roving herds of zombies in this sandbox, people to watch for them and defend the safe places, and people that go out looking for supplies, sounds fun to me.
