There is a game I used to play on the PC many years ago. I think that it was called "insanitorium" but I am not sure about that.
I know that you played as an insane dude in a completely broken down asylumn where you talked to angel statues to teleport to visions insideyour head. The first vision was one where there was a small town where there were only children and everyone was disabled or missformed in some form of way. In this vision you also fought (I use that word loosely) a giant plant woman who I think called herself "mother" and a scarecrow by breaking some pumpkins.
Other visions included a circus with a lot of wierd creatures and I think that one time you had to fix either a fuse box or some pipes...
The game is a point and click game where you see the character in a diablo 2 like angle you solved wierd pussles likecalling people to church bu taking a rock and trowing it at the bell or useing random nubers you found on a billboard to open a lock.
