Trying to remember a movie

Hello fellow Escapist users!

My sister is trying to remember a movie where there is a girl with long hair, in a school,and someone drops blue paint on her hair. There also seems to be a scene with Rock'em Sock'em Robots. She has no idea of what the title is, or the plot.

I'm not expecting much from these very vague details since I don't even remember the movie myself. So if someone actually knows what movie my sister is talking about, I'll be extremely impressed.

Also, for discussion's sake, have you ever remembered a scene or a detail from a movie, but not it's plot, name or actors?

Vaguely remember it... couldn't give you any more details though.

I remember a scene with the side of a coin and some kid was using a code thing to translate it.

I have no idea why and don't remember anything about the film.

As for your extra discussion I can't remember the naem of a film about two kids, one huge and stupid, the other smart and crippled. They end up becoming best friends and helping each other out. I know there's a line in it that's "You need a brain and I need legs" or something similar, I'm quite stumped as to it's name or any other details.

I feel almost certain that's what it is. Fantastic Kids movie. Stars a very young Michelle Trachtenberg, Rosie O'Donnell (You know, before the Rosie we "Know and Love" today) and Eartha Kitt.

The clues are "Blue Paint" and "Rock'em Sock'em Robots". If I am right, please let me know. I pride myself on my abstract movie trivia.

And to answer your question, No, I hardly ever remember a scene from a movie that I can't remember the title to. The closest I've ever gotten to something like that is "Killer Klowns From Outer Space" when I was nine and "House" when I was seven or eight.

And a later scene is where a parasite is attacking these guys in the winter woods and one guy is obssesed with dental hygiene and needs a tooth pick

Ha, seeing as thirty million other people said 'Dreamcatcher' before me, I'll post something else.

I have a recurring memory of a man sitting in the back of a car and literally turning inside out, but still functioning as a person. It's then like some kind of evil alter ego, like Jekyll and Hyde but more gory.

Is this from a film or my own horrific imagination?

There was one I saw when I was a kid and never saw or heard of again. It involved two kids who somehow summoned demons into their house. The house ended up being almost destroyed and there was a huge hole in the ground from it. I remember it scared me back then.
