trying to remember ps2 games?

hey. i think its about a 2006 game but its like this boy who catches chickens and stuff and at the start of the game, he goes out of this house and past this bridge into a forest, then after the forest ends up in a meadow of some kind. the meadow is yellow. thats all i can remember :S?
